I love the people who work here and they always go out of their way to remember me and make my drinks awesome….IF they are open. Me and my husband over the last few weeks have come to this location several times for it to say they are open online and then be closed when we get there. We understand they are probably closed for a reason but an online update would be nice before diving all the way there!

Stiff, borderline rude staff.. my coffee was way over filled, and dripped all over me when it was passed through my car window. The cashier watched it happen and did not offer me a napkin, I had to ask. Overpriced coffee, and took forever. I only stopped because my coffee maker at home is broken 😂

Excellent friendly service at both UT strip and Knoxville on Chapman Hwy..and i found thia amazing heart rock as I waited patiently;)
