Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

We went to get a treat a couple weeks ago and when we got to the sidewalk there were two workers sitting on the ground outside with the doors propped open and we asked are you open they got up and said yes you were not able to sit inside and eat due to corona so we went to order inside and take it with us! They get your ice cream for you and they do not give good portion size either about half a cup maybe to add toppings which I did not want! The ice cream was half melted right when they made them I'm sure from the door being propped open from the heat! Ridiculous! Also they had only a couple of toppings to offer! Very disappointed! There were 7 of us and for the price we paid we should have went to Dairy Queen and got cold blizzards! It would have been cheaper and the ice cream would have been cold! I will never go back to the menchis in Turkey Creek ever again! Once we left and got back in our van those girls came back out and plopped right back down on the ground outside the store with doors still open! Very unprofessional!

My daughters were begging me to come here and it definitely paid off. We have been to a similar Menchie's but not this particular location and it was definitely yummy in our tummy. All of the toppings were adequately filled even though we made it an hour before close when usually you are getting all the last of everything. The cashier was very nice and the store was very dimly lit so it did look close from outside but I'm glad we took our chances. Your children can definitely get a little carried away with the toppings so make sure you keep an eye on that and they usually have plenty of coupons and Punch Cards if you plan on being a regular. This place is a good treat for Anytime of the year and any celebration. Have fun and eat a little healthier than your classic ice cream joint.

This is a cute little place. Friendly staff, clean, and nicely laid out. I like the way the toppings bins are set up and the staff definitely were keeping them tidy and keeping the fresh toppings refilled. It was fairly quiet when we went in, but the staff were attentive, but gave us our space too. They seemed knowledgeable in the different flavors and ingredients too. Overall a nice place for sure.

A great place to eat and take family and friends. Monday and Friday are "Five dollar fill up" days where you can get any amount for $5 Flavors do change monthly and they are always very good. Also the staff knows about the ingredients and were able to share less chemicals go into the product than other places. Welcoming atmosphere

With social distancing in effect, they mix your yogurt & toppings for you, & there's no dine-in right now so we ate sitting on the sidewalk. The part that puts me @ 5 stars is my family had bicycled to Turkey Creek for dinner & yogurt after, but it took longer than expected & we arrived at Menchie's a little after closing. The kids were initially very disappointed but the ladies closing up saw us outside & opened the door so we could order anyways. Made my 2 young kids' night & saved me a long, pouty ride home.
