Currently they are operating like a fast food joint. So order and then sit down, then get back up when your name is called when food is ready. So no waitress. Several tables were dirty, but we managed to find a clean one.

I give steak and shake 5 stars simply for having delicious food(my go to is a Frisco Melt). From what I could tell, every one received their food rather quickly, which was quite nice since you look at a menu and place your order before you pick out a place to dine. Summary- Quick and enjoyable!
