Panera Bread - Knoxville - Photo album

I ordered to go breakfast. It took an hour and a half. My order wasn't right and my Coffee was completely melted. I wouldn't have left a bad review if the store would have picked up my calls.
Panera is one of my favorite restaurants. I've had so many different items but they have the best soups and mac n cheese, hands down! I also recommend the madagascar vanilla cream cold brew- so smooth and easy to drink. If you want something a little more refreshing then go for the blood orange lemo
Wow have they gone downhill. Lukewarm coffee, overpriced menu, not very clean. Could have had a better salad at Wendy's for 1/4 the price. Never again Panera!
Awful! The onion soup or syrupy barely any cheese my daughter's chicken soup tasted like a can. The grilled cheese was burnt I had to remake that. The condiments I asked for we're not on the plate The floor was nasty. An employee came and picked up the trash off the floor by the drinks and proceeded
Alisha was very sweet & patient with me as I had a few questions about the menu. James took over & he was great as well. The food was sooo good & more filling than I ever remember. I used to work at a Panera years ago and I remember the tiny portions all too well. It’s not like that anymore! Thank y
Got back to work today had broccoli cheddar soup with no utensils which it said on receipt ordered through app. Other time I went this month they didn't put any Chipotle on a Chipotle sandwhich.
Pickup order was not ready on time. When I got home the order was not correct. When I called back Rob the manager was not helpful at all! Did not give me any refund just said he would right my name down and I could get it the next time I came.
Always busy, always bustling, nice staff, clean building, good food. Quick curbside service.
