Cinnaholic

Cinnamon rolls were a little too sweet. They weren’t very soft as I expected. The cream and toppings were too sweet. We asked for milk to go with the cinnamon roll but they didn’t have any regular whole. The rolls were more pleasing to the eyes than the palate. I would highly recommend the cookie dough. It was delicious! They are open later than most other dessert places which was nice . The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

We asked for cookies and a piece of brownie. The brownie was freshly made but our kid couldn’t cut it because it was so HARD. After we paid, we asked if the cookies are fresh like the brownie, she said no and mentioned that she should’ve communicated that to us but forgot. She didn’t offer heating them up, and said quickly that she would offer a refund for the cookies. We had a bad visit previously, and decided to give it a second try, but now we’re sure it is going to be our last. Adding to that, when I asked about the least sweet option at the store, she provided an option but said that it is a sweet store and it is a hard question since it is unlikely to find something not too sweet there.

I just had the most amazing interaction with this company. I went in to grab some cookie dough for an event at work. I got 4 tubs marked that they were 1/2 lbs. I paid, not paying attention to the total, and went home. I checked my credit card app and saw that I was charged twice what I expected to pay. I called and talked to the manger who was truly a professional. I was, in fact, appropriately charged for my purchase, which was to my surprise, 4 lbs of cookie dough and not 2, but the packages were mislabeled. The manager owned the mistake and THANKED ME for bringing it to his attention. I was refunded the difference in the two sizes due to the labeling error. Thank you to this company for knowing how to provide customer service! It’s such a lost art and incredibly important for a business’s success.

Ohhhh myyyy GOSH!!! This place needs at least 5 more stars! This little family owned business has the most amazing pineapple dessert and they take cinnamon rolls to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! We tried both the cinnamon rolls and their secret pineapple dessert and it comes about as close as you can get to the Disney World pineapple dessert. *without having to go all the way to Orlando to enjoy! We bought the THIRTY too (great way to boost advertising for businesses who are struggling to come back from Covid)Now Pigeon Forge needs to get the pineapple dessert goin....JUSS SAYIN!
