Visited for the first time today! Menu had a great selection and pricing was reasonable. They seemed very short staffed 🤷♂️ took a while to greet us. The food came out fast, they were very accommodating with some order changes on the fly. No refills during Covid but the cup the give you is plenty.
Clean, family friendly, prompt friendly service, and nice outside eating area. They have a counter to order at and they give you a number to put on your table, you pick were to sit and they bring your food to the table when its ready. Make sure to visit the 'round table' for toppings to add to you
First. I travel 35 minutes to eat here. Second, I have only eaten here twice in the last year. Third, every order is always wrong. The last time we didn't get our chicken on the salad, and since no manager was available, nothing was ever done. This time we got the protein but both salads missing cuc
Outstanding Philly style sub and a Baked Potato soup that was delicious. Preparation was fast as well. Service was great. Get the Caramel Cake or the Chocolate Peanut Butter Krispy treats to top it off!

These folks are so nice and the food is very good. I stop by when I pass thruway Knoxville. I wish we had Newks in tri-cities
