Moe's Southwest Grill

Was the slowest service I've had at any Moe's... And then the cashier tried to ring me up some other person's meal...WOAH that's not my meal! And I hate it when you go down to the place to get your food in person and there jump someone's phone order right ahead of you and makes you wait even longer... Really there were three of us already waiting in line inside the restaurant when the phone order printed, but hey we're already captives I guess and they don't want the phone-in order guy to be annoyed. maybe it was an online order dunno. Next time please help the physical customers and make us glad we bothered to actually come to Moe's. Not the best day for them. They also seemed to have only one person starting orders and only one other person putting on the toppings and ringing up. And at least two more dating in and out of the back but not seeming to to help much. Slow slow slow. But the burrito was still pretty tasty, so if that's the worst thing to happen to me I shouldn't complain too much LOL

The staff was very friendly, answered all questions with confidence and quickly. Very patient with me as it was my first visit. I would highly recommend visiting this location. They also were great with making changes as I went along in the ordering process. There is an outdoor patio as well as indoor seating. Many options for salsa if you like trying new items!

Ordered a Normal homewreaker via DoorDash. I get it and it’s a homewreaker jr. I call because I paid for a normal not a JR and was told oh it’s not going to get any bigger. This isn’t my first time having this and know the size difference…. More then likely you probably do this all the time charging for a normal and making JRs. I loved the attitude I got from the guy also that was nice.
