Sullivan's Fine Foods

Sullivan's Restaurant is tucked away in a small shopping center in the Rocky Hill area of Knoxville. My brother and I were seated immediately after entering. This was our second visit. The menu has many selections and it took me awhile to make my decision. Our server was pleasant and friendly. She took our drink orders and brought two corn muffins with some butter. It didn't take long for our food to arrive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be back .

A friend recommended we go here because she and her husband love it so much. I’m so glad we did! Service was excellent, food was delicious. I had the almond chicken soup and chicken Marsala. The soup was wonderful. It was only warm though, not hot, but I didn’t even let our server know. It was so good I couldn’t bear the thought of having it taken away for heating! My chicken Marsala was hot, plentiful and scrumptious. I had plenty left to take home for another meal the next day. I can’t wait to go back and beg for that soup recipe!

Wonderful choice to take friends and family when they visit out of town and want delicious southern comfort food. Excellent salmon, popular chicken tenders, meatloaf, and Northshore salad. Made from scratch recipes. Family owned and operated by terrific veteran owners. A mainstay of Knoxville restaurants, and recently remodeled Rocky Hill location.

We stopped by for a bite after a long day of house projects and Sullivan's left us full and satisfied. I got the Rocky Top Burger that is topped with bacon jam, Vermont cheddar, and onion rings. She got the Voodoo burger topped with boursin cheese and Cajun seasoning. Both were thick and perfectly cooked to order. The flavors were over the top delicious. We finished off by splitting a Triple Chocolate Pound Cake With Ice Cream and it was decadent.

We came here for our 5th anniversary. This was my go-to restaurant for my birthday, anniversary, whatever. We just had the worst service I’ve ever had. Neglected and ignored. Drinks empty, the food was mediocre at best. I have loved the spinach, the meatloaf and the mashed potatoes for years, what I had tonight was disgusting not to mention the food came out cold. I can understand if they were busy but there were lots of empty tables. Absolutely disappointed and probably will never come back.
