I came in to have a sit down lunch and only 1/3 of the dining room is open. I had to take my food to go and don't understand the reason. Keep in mind they do not require a wait staff for service. I will not return until the dining area is back to normal. At least the pizza was good, even if I had to

Completely average in every way. From the flat and expressionless hostess, to the to-go only service, due to covid, resulting in cold food after a 10 minute drive home, to the mediocre enjoyment from my tongue upon eating it. Price point was also high for the portion:quality ratio.
Can't sit inside due to no staff. How about you pay them more and get staff? FFS. Also salad was old and nearly rotting. Avoid this corporate abuse chain, Newks is dead.

I'm a fan of the 5 cheese pizza here. The place is nice, usually clean and if its not too busy food is pretty quick.
Paid $13 for a sandwich, chips and drink and no refills. Drink still full price and they fix for you and didn’t even fill it fully. Asked to top it off and they said can’t do that. Cool - I can’t eat here anymore either.
