Horrible! Don’t go to this one. Everything is over cooked, including the mac & cheese (how?). Biscuits are hockey pucks and they add longer pieces of lettuce to the coleslaw. You have to peel the skin off to eat the chicken. That’s not KFC.

We tried them after they remodeled and it was a bad experience. The chicken wasn't crispy and there's wasn't a single breast in the 8pc bucket. They forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and the sauces for the kid's food. This is NC, fried chicken isn't a game.

This location was kinda busy but very nice. We had the beyond meat chicken 12 piece combo with fries. We are plant based eaters, so it was delicious. Nice to have a fast food option occasionally. How they keep it in their menu!!

Very well kept, and clean restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the service was refreshing. The food was hot and timely. It's what you expect from KFC but always searching for. Great job to this staff and location..

ordered the famous bowl and they put chicken crumbs in the damn bowl. didn’t taste any meat in the chicken. giving it 2 stars because the service crew in the morning is definitely better than the crew in the evening.
