It is a great place to have lobster. The place by the water. Good views, nice, and quick service! Their lobster rolls, steam clams, clam chowder and lobster bisque were great!

Great spot for a quick lobster fix. The lobsters where live in open tanks and cooked about 50ft from the tables in boiling ocean water, so they are packed with flavor. Mine where watery, but I’m used to steamed lobster, so not sure what amount of water is normal for boiled. They were very sweet and packed with meat. Hubby’s was less watery, but slightly over cooked. I did 2 of the 1 1/4 lbs and hubby did the 2 lb lobster. Clam chowder was nice and chunky with clam and not just potatoes. Hubby is not into seafood, but he enjoyed it. We would come back again. Service was quick and direct, don’t expect to be coddled. BYOB, they do sell caned sodas or water for $2. Cash only, atm on premises. 15% gratuity charged automatically, 20% for parties of 6 or more. Free parking on premises.

Beautiful view and right on the water. The menu is very small but if you are looking for fresh mussels, clams and lobster this place didn't disappoint. It is BYOB which I didn't know before we got there. I would definitely go back for the view and fresh and delicious lobster.

Very large good steamers. But the lobster roll was ok. Not the best a little small for the cost of the roll. Recommend getting other stuff. Make sure to bring cash they don’t accept credit. They also have gratuity built in so double check.

Fantastic waterfront dining run by a lovely, very hard working mother daughter team. If you wonder how strong they are watch them carry the giant pots they cook the lobsters in loaded with fresh sea water... Super fresh lobster right out of the tank and onto your plate. Very informal, BYOB out on a dock watching the sun set, the moon rise and the draw bridge do it's thing. Simple menu made as you like. My husband loved the potato salad. The lobster roll was giant and delicious. The corn was the best I've ever had, and that says a lot coming from a Jersey girl.

My wife and I found this place accidentally a few years ago. Right outside of downtown Portsmouth it is the best kept secret on the island. We recently made the 50 mile trip just for a lunch date!

Had wanted to stop here for a long time found on Google maps a few years back and finally was near by and stopped in. Excellent location on a small island with waterside dining. BYOB is cool. Jenna was very friendly and cooked up our lobster and corn in sea water. Had clam chowder, seafood bisque both were great also lobster sandwiches were delicious also. Cash only has ATM on location. Had a great time thanks Jenna.

The staff were very friendly and the waitress was awesome at walking us through cracking open the lobster. Great experience!
