Review Taco Bell - Kittanning

I don’t get Taco Bell a ton but I get it here often enough , anyway I went tonight and they were really busy I work in customer service and food so I understand what it’s like to be busy . I wish I would’ve caught the young ladies name but she had short hair and was running everywhere to get people there food , with about 6 cars that had to pull around to wait a little longer. I saw other employees in the store but this girl was amazing . Treat her good and help her out

Not much to complain about. The service is good and usually is pretty fast. The food is prepared well, and the staff is welcoming. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they get my order wrong pretty often.

This taco bell is good compared to others. I eat here often despite the food quality at all taco bells being low, you just can't beat the pricing and to be able to fill up for under 10$ nowadays. But like all other taco bell's they have a problem with order accuracy at times. I don't blame them though i wouldnt be excited to work there either, just be patient and explain things to them and they will fix your order for you.

I got dinner box of 12 Supreme soft shell tacos and i found out that a man named mike was the only one on the food line all by himself and he made every single taco with absolute precision and it made my entire day. Mr. Mike needs a raise like yesterday!!! Im not from that area and he definitely made me want to go out of my way just to come to this taco bell from now on! I loved how my kids ate the tacos without an absolute mess. Thank you mike!

It's the new location split from KFC/TB just blocks apart. While it took a short time for customers and staffers to hit the right balance between supply and demand, as of this summer 2021 they have ironed it all out. I was here this evening (night) around 9:15p and while the drive-thru moved fast and the young men and ladies were well spoken, on task, and performing better than any TB in the AK valley, they were working and problem solving way out of the box for what we've come to expect from young restaurant attendants thinking on their feet to not waste food, keep the cooking apparatus and friers available, and minimizing waste and known loss. I don't usually leave good or bad reviews but a lovely young lady "perhaps" named Katie with glasses after 9pm on Tuesday Jul 14, 2021 happily substituted my order, offered more than enough grace and willing to substitute my order for a more expensive option that was already on the line for the same discounted price, I thanked her and said I would be glad to wait a few minutes extra on a balmy July weekday night. Instead of driving back around in the 10-15min she suggested, I parked at pick-up and within minutes she brought the order out and thanked me so graciously for waiting that I thought it might have been family. I asked her if there was a code on the receipt so I could leave positive feedback and she said thanks but because of the order change she didn't have the receipt. This is the best I can do in liu. Nothing like being fed and served so courteously after a long hot day of work. Made my night.

I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos and my mom ordered a power bowl with beef rather than the chicken or steak. There was nothing to complain about with either of our items. In fact I wanna say that any other place I've gotten them from it seemed I couldn't eat them fast enough...before the bottom fell out. Here I didn't have this problem. My mom loved the bowl as well.

Food is always hit and miss. It's either perfect or a mess. Last time, my food was cold enough that the cheese wasn't even melted. Service is good, the place is always empty, so the atmosphere can't get any better.

Had a power bowl. Ordered online to customize it. It was really good. Drive-thru line was long but moved quickly.

Taco 🌮 🌯 Bell is a good 👍 place for a quick bite to eat! They have a great menu full of all kinds of Mexican foods! If you are in the mood for Mexican food and not pay astronomical prices at a Mexican restaurant, then this is your place 👌. Excellent drive 🚗 through service, very fast, and the order was perfect! What a surprise to have what you ordered for once in the drive 🚗 through!! No inside eating yet! But, fast and accurate! WoW 👌 👏 way to go guys! Keep up the excellent service 👏 👍!

Natalie the cashier was very engaging. She was courteous, attentive, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. As I ate my meal she busied herself with cleaning and sanitizing the dining room. When customers entered she greeted them, washed her hands & took their order in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location.

The staff is always very friendly. I would suggest that they could do a better job at spreading the ingredients evenly in their burritos of any type. They tend to get one ingredient on one end of the burrito and all the rest of the ingredients on the other end of the burrito.
