Thank you Pollo Tropical for reaching out to me. To their credit I used Pollo's app to order delivery which ultimately was DoorDash. My two meals finally arrived WITH the Spicy Poyo-Poyo sauce and all is right in the world once more!

Best thing about Pollo Tropical? The signature sauces of course! Cilantro Garlic is pretty good, but the Spicy Poyo-Poyo brings me back every time. Unfortunately there seems to be some kind of rebellion against giving out the sauce?
First time I ordered through Uber Eats the sauce was missing.. maybe they just forgot. Second time, same result. THIRD time I paid extra for 6 sauces and still received NONE.
The option for the sauce needs to be completely removed from the Delivery Apps. The double whammy was that the whole chicken I ordered was dry, so any sauce would've been helpful. Woe is me.. lol

the person at the counter was happy to answer questions to ensure I got enough food. Also recommended extra sauce so i was able to try several. Food came out hot and fresh, enough to condensate the bag. food was delicious. I will return on future trips in the area.

First time visiting, the food was delicious! I had a 1/4 grilled chicken, and 2 sides, which were yellow and vegetable rice, and a Ceasar salad. The price was reasonable..

I seen reviews of limited food served here. This is not the case. I believe not alot of traffic flows through here. All the food was fresh and good no complaints. I can’t comment on the seating cause I didn’t sit down. However they did accommodate us with some dessert for waiting.

My family and I have always loved Pollo Tropical we have recently moved to the 4 Corners / Clermont area and could not be more excited to have found we live so near! We stopped by and the energy was so great, customer service was awesome per usual. Marisol assisted us and made my soon to be 7 year old daughter feel so special she asked her what would she like to order and had engagement with her the whole time.

Every trip to Florida me and my family always stop at the 7901 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Pollo Tropical. We have been visiting that location for years. One of my favorite places to eat, hands down! Food is always well seasoned and cooked. Staff is always polite, courteous, and professional. Great big thank you to Marisol for always making the experience to the restaurant a great one!! We’ve been to this location several times and the food is always good as expected. Particularly today, we were helped by Justin and he was great, helpful, fast, and ready to help. The lady that was packing and handing out the orders was super great and polite as well.

My experiences within the first 5 minutes and 2 interactions were a perfectly disastrous example of how to make a customer leave-my wife talked me out of leaving. Once we finally received customer service and signs of life from the employees the service was above and beyond. The food was good too.
