I love Waffle House! As always we got great service from the staff even though they were really busy. 10/10
It was so nice to go to a place where your food not only taste bomb but the waiting isn't forever. There was enough social distance that made you feel comfortable. I loved the customer service and the cleanliness was great even so that I noticed one of the cooks change his gloves ALOT ALOT.. LOL I t

The service was not good. Me and my family was gone eat inside but, we choose to do carry out because they was following Covid-19/ Coronavirus protocol. They have everybody sitting table to table instead of skipping a table.

Wow I have no words to express what I felt when I entered that door, everything was very clean to be honest the Waffle House that is next to the great china is the cleanest and most organized that I have seen....I went with my husband and the service was the best Lee Ann if I'm not writing it wrong
Food was great but server was wearing mask around his chin. Staff also takes phones calls on their personal cell phone while on the line. Also, no hand sanitation after touching cell phone. In addition, one of the workers went on break outside, came back in to serving with no hand sanitation.
