Kreider's Market

Stopped in my way by on Monday, 10/5/20, 2:12pm. I was the only customer in the store. As I walked in, a young female employee was at the register, but she didn't look up because she was looking at her cell phone. I walked over to the ice cream case and stood there. There was an older female behind the counter where the subs are made but she didn't look up either. I couldn't tell what she was doing. I stood there a while thinking surely someone will decide to wait on me. Then, a 3rd even younger employee came out of the back. I was sure this must be the "ice cream" person. This employee walked right past me and never looked up or made eye contact. This 3rd person continued on past the cash register and disappeared into the back of the store. I decided that I really didn't need to buy anything at the store anyway. I suppose when you're the only store in Kirkwood, you don't have to provide decent customer service but I won't kiss anybody's butt to spend money in their store. As I walked out, no one bothered to stop me.

Poor Poor Customer Service! The Owner, Mr. Kreider is a complete joke. Insincere and transparent. Rude at best. The one afternoon 20 year old cashier has 10X better customer service than the Owner on his best day. His wife is at least polite. He is a sarcastic and unhelpful profiteer. Prices are through the roof and quality is Terrible. Most Employees could care less and slam doors and stand around looking at one another instead of helping lines of customers. Twice I have returned home to food being spoiled, or incorrect to my order. Tried to sell me roast beef ends sliced and chicken salad that smelled like rotten eggs. No wonder there are MANY poor reviews. Two more miles to Oxford and there are plenty of other options.
