We had a wonderful time at the Kirkwood Texas roadhouse last night! My wife and I came kind of late in the evening and we were already a little buzzed but we got these ultimate margaritas with a little kicker shot of tequila on the side, and that just took everything to another level. Our server was absolutely fantastic. The food came out perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Madison was an excellent server-very friendly, super accommodating. All the staff were amazing. Rolls were delivered instantly, drinks and food came out quickly, especially considering it was rush hour and a few days before Christmas-BRAVO! Food was delicious.

This is one of the best Texas Roadhouses !! Steak is 90% always cooked correctly! I love their fillet steak! Unlike the one in ofallon Illinois which I’m close to. I take the 40 mins drive just to eat here when I want a reasonably priced steak !

The food was phenomenal!!! They have their own brand of steak sauce which paired with ANY steak is such a signature, yet delicious flavor which cant be matched anywhere else. The ribs are so tender and yummy!!!! You wont believe me until u go here and eat them...they are so fire!!! Prices are excellent too plus they sell cocktails and beer!!...I went with girlfriend and her big beautiful self ate good and was quiet for a while. You should visit and its kid friendly!!!!

Extremely busy 15 minutes behind appointment times.partu sat for more than 38 minutes after we ordered waiting for our food.
people that came in after us got their food before we did right at the next table even jokingly pointing out that their food arrived first even though they ordered after us????
Not sure how that functions or the restaurant is so busy?
Then we had to move our own empty dishes down the table for the employees?
What happened to service ....?
Over $100 for a potato and some cold poorly seasoned rice .
Perhaps restaurant impossible could visit and find who lost the customer service .

Delicious! The bread is a bit too sweet, but their chili and mashed potatoes with brown gravy is delicious! The waiters there are friendly and so cool! If anyone is having a bad day, it's okay to crack a joke or two. Alex was my server and he did excellent with his job, I hope the entire staff has a blessed day!

I want to share the excellent experience I had last night . After a cold night of trick or treating with my family my daughter suggested that we go out and have dinner and so we did . When we got to Texas Road house we had a wait being that there was 8 of us. However it was way worth the wait . I’ve been out several times this year and had yet to have a meal that was satisfying, last night we got just that a good meal and good customer service. Thanks so much keep up the good work .

I would rate this Texas Roadhouse as mediocre for the franchise. It wasn’t very busy for 8 pm on a Friday. Sat at the bar and was helped immediately. The bread was perfect! Quite possibly the best I’ve had at a Texas Roadhouse. But that’s where the quality ended. Bartender forgot my water. I had to ask for it while eating my 3rd roll. Then after a little bit, my food came out before my salad. The bartender complained no one was running her salads even though she was getting their drinks. Apparently there is a beef between the wait staff and the bartender. Then I also got to hear about how tips were less than half what they used to be and how her and her husband had to work 2 jobs each just to make a living. I don’t think I came to Texas Roadhouse to be a sympathetic ear.
As for the food, the salad was good, but not chilled like others. Still, it was delicious. The manager took my food back to keep it warm while I ate my salad. Corn was okay and the steak was cooked pretty well, but there was a lot of gristle in it which is not typical of the franchise. That’s a big reason I come to this franchise for my steaks. I had a better steak from IHOP for lunch today in Tulsa. So that was quite disappointing. Then the bartender disappeared without giving me my check. After a while I asked the guy standing at the bar tending it for her if he was able to provide my check, then paid and left.
All in all, it was an okay experience, but not one that would make it my go to place in St. Louis area.

We’ve been to many long horns, this one is by far our best experience. Food was cooked perfectly and very quickly, but our server Libby was the absolute best part. She was the most respectful and accommodating server my wife and I have had in a long time. Can’t thank her enough for the great lunch. Will definitely be coming back.

My boyfriend and I went to eat here a couple days ago (Saturday night) and had the worst service we’ve ever experienced. Our server seemed so nice to begin with. We ended up sharing a steak and a few sides. It took awhile for the food to come out which isn’t a big deal at all. A different server brought out our food and our steak ended up being over cooked (well and not medium like we ordered) and we were missing a side of corn. We waited patiently for our server to come back and check on us but she never did. Instead, she sat down about 6 booths down from us with her back to us at a dirty table and began to eat out of a to go box. No one walked by, no managers in sight the whole time. About 10-15 min later, she finally gets up and walks over to ask how everything is. After learning our steak was over cooked and missing a side, she grabbed the plate and just said she would be back with a new one. She brought out the corn quickly but by the time our steak came out, the corn and our side of fries were cold. Never asked how the new steak looked and we never saw a manager. Before we could even take a couple bites of the new steak she comes over with the check. Definitely felt like we were being rushed out of there about and hour and a half before they even close.

The best food , I was there yesterday 3/20/18 for my wife's Birthday and everything was really good , food, drinks & service , good job every one , I definitely recommend and will come again .

I was with my son for my birthday. Our server was attentive and friendly. Our drinks came with no delay and afterwards we ordered. Salads came and after a correct amount of time our steaks came out. Everything was great. We placed an order to take with us and that was no problem. We also shared dessert-and got a small togo box for that as well. It was a successful birthday dinner.

My wife and myself enjoyed the way Y’all Honor all the Veterans . The food was awesome the staff was great. That young lady that sang our National Anthem was beautiful, she nailed it. The topper for me was the hand written Thank You Card from a 5th grade girl it touched my heart. Thank You , Texas Roadhouse for making Veterans Day special for us Veterans.

Normally I love Texas Roadhouse but normally do not come to thus location...now I know why. The food was horrible!! I could barely get a knife through my steak (that was supposed to be medium rare). Couldn't send it back because the waitress came back only when we asked for our check. Not sure I'll ever come back to this location....
