Dairy Queen

This store in particular is unorganized and pretty rude for customer service. I ordered a birthday cake almost a week ahead of pickup. Filled out the form, paid. When it came time to pick up the cake, gave the employee the receipt, then she went to the back to get it. Came back after 5 minutes empty handed and said she couldn't find it. Asked me if I filled out the form, then asked when I ordered it. I said you have the receipt in your hand with the date on it. Spent another 10 minutes calling her boss. When I said look you obviously do not have it ready just pick out a generic one from the freezer case and at least put a name on it. Then asked another employee to put happy birthday and asked if he wanted us to have him start over. I bluntly said no, thy have been waiting for us for a while now! I am very disappointed in the lack of service in resolving a situation they messed up on. The worst customer service, didn't get the cake that was ordered and made to feel that the money ($30.00) that was spent on special ordered ice cream cake was nothing.

One manager was helping girl who is also my company's client this was understandable she was also half helping someone new on register that knew nothing at all and I don't think understood half of what anyone was saying. She left my food sitting on the counter while helping girl get drive though order ready then did not cheak the slip when she made my drink I am allergic to ingredients in whip cream asked for none guess what I have to throw off in the parking lot and part of my drink to get it all all this took 15 min of my 30 min lunch ty

I came for exactly one thing. A blizzard with cherries in it. My childhood favorite chocolate-covered cherry, they have an alternate version or had rather called choko cherry. This is the second Dairy Queen location I've been at and neither of them have had cherry and neither of them know if this is a national change or not. For not having my childhood favorite the one thing that I returned to Dairy Queen to get they get one star.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who thinks this, but dairy queen fries are an ignored gem. Neither too salty nor too bland and they have a delicious savory taste like McDonalds fries before they became vegitarian. Do yourself a favor: skip the whole bunch of new gimicky snack items they have and get you some fries and chicken tenders.
