Very nice dumplings, meat is tender & juicy. The sauce of tan tan noodle is rich in sesame flavour, which balanced well with the chilli sauce. But the food comes out a bit slow, please be patience.
Their dumplings are some of the best ive had in the Seattle area. It tastes very homemade. Some of their special dumplings have fish roe which gives it some texture to the soft dumplings. Go support them as we go in to year 2 of covid times.
Good dumplings but amazing chili oil sauce thats a spicy, salty, a little sweet and some anise. Also I really like the jian bing (like a chinese eggy crepe) with ham, lettuce, and a lot of spicy sweet sauce.
They supply fresh handmade Dumplings and Noodles here, the menu is simple but everything here is fresh and tasty.
The most popular dish is Dandan Noodles, Spicy Noodles, Pork&cabbage Dumplings and Pork&shrimp pot stickers.

A little disappointed that half there menu is “no longer available” according to the waitress but what I did order was delicious.

They're handmade pork and shrimp dumplings are delicious. I've ordered twice in the last 3 days. They're super light and the portion is perfect to share or not to share. Watch out for their chili sauce super spicy but so good! The braised pork bento is full of flavor on top of a bowl of rice. Totall
