Very fast, clean, friendly and plenty of parking. There is no restrooms though. The Ube ice cream is a must. Smoothies are amazingly refreshing, coconut with fruit jelly Mmmm.

Bubble tea and ice cream are good here. Usually have a good experience but service and drink quality is very hit or miss depending on the day you go. I come here regularly, and most of the time the drinks taste great and have quick service, but I've had one visit where they somehow forgot my order

My guilty pleasure! Their waffle dessert is on another level. Waffles, ube ice cream, oreo pieces, banana slices with carmel (not pictured, new discovery) and chocolate drizzle... YOU'RE WELCOME!

I tried the mini waffle with coffee ice cream and it's really good. I also order lychee smoothies, but should ask for 50% sweetness

Favorite new place for Bubble Tea on the Eastside. They also have waffles and mini waffle desserts. They serve Full Tilth Ice Cream which is one of my favorites. Wish they'd have popping boba. Hopefully soon they'll get it!!

Meant to take the picture earlier but drank it too fast. Best Taro Boba smoothie I've ever had. Great service, fun atmosphere.
