I used to be a waitress here 4 years ago while I was pregnant, and I absolutely hated it. Management was trash, and most employees too. 4 years later, they ask me to come back; so I give it another try. They have all new management and team members. There will always be a few bad seeds that work in a workplace, but for the most part it is a total 180 turnaround. The manager is amazing, truly you’ll love her!! She actually cares about the team, customers, and giving great satisfaction and service. The new team is awesome for the most part. The menu has so many amazing changes. The food is so delicious!! Please, if you stopped coming like most people because of service and management; give it another try. You WONT be disappointed. And if, for that very small crazy reason you are; let us know to tell our manager and she will fix the problem the best she can. It’s a total different experience now, it feels like a new restaurant. I’m very pleased with the changes Seth, Jared, and Jennifer have made. Proud ECW waitress here��
Only reason i am giving this restaurant 5 stars after being seated for 20 mins & getting no service is because of BURT. He is now the manager but even when he was a waiter burt has always taken good care of us (even when he wasnt our waiter) He saw there was a problem and immediately took our order and got our drinks. So really i am giving burt 5 stars because without him this place wouldnt even be worth it. Thanks again Burt your awesome!
Seven of us are dinner here Saturday evening. 6/2/18.
We spent $130. One server took care us and she was awesome. Food was excellent and mixed drinks were great as well. Every persons order was correct. Loved the sweet potato fries and onion petals. The cheese steak is great as well. Can't remember what everyone else ordered, but not one of us had any complaints. Very, very pleased. I hadn't been in over a year. I will now go back often. Thank you east coast wings!! My husband enjoyed his birthday!!
I fly RC Aircraft and ECW&G is just across the street from Kinston Aero Modlers flying field. After a fun day of flying I often stop in for a ice cold beverage and an order of wings to go. The wings are fabulous and I love the large flavor selections. My favorite is the Polynesian. You can even select the heat intensity you prefer. The waitresses and staff are very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant. Kristen is awesome and she took very good care of my wife and I the last time we stopped in. Next time I'm in K Town I'm definitely stopping by.
Went in for lunch, took a couple minutes to be seated. No one was out front. Our server was awesome, answered all questions and was very friendly. Food was awesome, we left stuffed and happy.
After our kids ballgame Friday night, a group of about 25 of us went there to eat. They we having computer problems, but said it may take a little longer to serve us. We said OK. They set up an area in the back room for us. Three servers worked together, got our orders and took very good care of us. All of our orders came out correct and the food was Great! We were all impressed with how good everything turned out!!!
I love this place! The food, the service, and the atmosphere. I really love all the combinations of flavors on the wings. We will definitely be back!
Very friendly staff. The food was delivered hot and fresh. I had Poutine(cheesy gravy fries), Bacon cheeseburger quesadilla, and a side of mac and cheese.
The food that I ordered was very good, no complaints here.
Ordered a dry rub raging ranch and there was no flavor. It tastes like it just dropped the wings and the grease and served them.
Delicious food and wonderful service. We come here regularly, and never have a bad experience.
My experience here was fantastic! The waitress, Maine, was extremely attentive and kind. The food was hot and arrived quickly. I might’ve found my new, favorite wing spot!
We came in unexpectedly a party of 8 and we had amazing drinks good laughs with the great and friendly waitress
Our waitress was wonderful. She had a beautiful flower in her hair. They were busy with two large parties and we came from work. She wasn’t able to give us a lot of service to which was not her fault. She apologized, which wasn’t needed. Will come back.
We had a blast here and the wings are spot on. The wait time was long due to short staff but it was worth the wait.
Amazing Gayle was the best hostess
