Byrds is a locally owned restaurant. The locals consider this one of many favorite restaurants in Kinston Nc. Excellent food serviced in a cafeteria style restaurant. Friendly staff. Don't let the looks of the restaurant fool you....
Amazing little breakfast place. Clean and homemade biscuits. Had crispy bacon egg and cheese biscuit and couldn't resist getting homemade strawberry cske. Friends got their cinnamon rolls the day before. Samantha was friendly and so helpful!!

Love this small breakfast restaurant, the staff is always friendly and funny cracking jokes on everyone. It's definitely a comfort food breakfast place great to run in order and run out if you have a busy schedule. Everything is made in house so it's always fresh and delicious!

When I first arrove here I went to the counter and asked if I could watch a video, warm up and if they had any vegetarian food. At first the owner said no we really don't have anything like that, then said well maybe at like 1:00 or something after the lunch shift we'll have some vegetarian food. Th
The staff is great and so is the food. I always get top-notch service when I'm here. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, you have intimate breakfast-date couples and local citymen. Tip: they have the absolute BEST grits, ever.
