Review Slim Chickens - Kingwood

First time here,and wasn't impressed. I ordered the slim chicken meal. The chicken was ok,the fries were cold,the ranch chips were cold, and 25 dollars was ridiculous. The emoyees were nice,and the place was clean. If your hungry and don't care what you eat then this place will get.you by. Skip this place if your wanting to impress.

Went to this place for the first time last month, and decided to give it another try this past week. Same issue both times: cold wings and a wasp infestation outside. Not really sure why the wings come out cold (well luke warm I should say) but they still have good flavor. Great dipping sauce selection, too! We’ve tried different dipping sauces each time and have been happy. And we love the fries! Employees have been nice, which make for an enjoyable experience. At least give this place a try!

I have been here before, but got the regular tender basket and this time I got the Buffalo wrap. I thought the Buffalo sauce wasn’t going to be too overwhelming as in overpowering, but it was. The wrap was a 7/10. I do love the fries.

Great food....TERRIFIC EMPLOYEES! I wish I would have gotten names. I came in today with my 98 yr old father for a quick bite. I ordered the grilled green wrap with ranch combo and it was great. However, the actions of the employees were above and beyond: Right off the bat, the young man at the register suggested a way for me to get the best deal on the strawberry shake that I had ordered my dad. The nice young lady gave a discount for veteran or senior. All this with incredible kindness and smiles. As we were leaving TWO young men that were employees helped my dad out to the car as he struggles with his cane. All three made my day. GOOD JOB SLIM CHICKENS!

The food is pretty good when you want something quick to pick up for a family meal. The sweet tea is never really good but the chicken tenders are and chicken wraps are great. We’ve been a few times to this location.

After waiting 25 minutes for them to bring out my food (3 orders nothing crazy) the food is cold. The people in back are arguing with each other, I don’t even want to ask them for the dipping sauce I asked for because I am just ready to get out of this place.

Buffalo chicken sandwich was awesome. Fries were good, but would've preferred more seasoning on them. Can't wait to stop back by to try more things, especially the wings.

First time ever trying it and it was really good. Drive thru service was great and the brownie was a very nice treat with ab affordable price.

Great friendly atmosphere, food was fresh, hot & delicious. The staff was both helpful when ordering and also helping us find a table and grabbing us a high chair for our baby. We will definitely be back & highly recommend.

The only reason they get 1 star is that the lady behind the counter was sweet with good customer service. The food was gross and Canes blows them out of the water. Won't be going back ever.

The food was very fresh and very good! The service was spot on. I really enjoyed the 5 & 5. This was 5 traditional wings and 5 tenders along with french fries, Texas toast, and a drink. I really enjoyed the mango habanero dipping sauce for the tenders and the saracha garlic wings rocked! I’ll be back!

I liked it. One small mistake they gave me fries instead of Mac n cheese so I can’t say how that taste but the chicken strips with cayenne ranch a great combo. I will be back.

Great place, great food! I like the music and the blues theme.

I thought the tenders should have been crisper myself.. However, the guy at the drive through was EXCELLENT! Very personable and friendly!!! Every drive through operator needs to take lessons from him!!!

That looks like and tastes like Raising Cane's the only thing different is a 17 different sauces nothing really special about it it's too expensive and too pricey

I just won slim chicken for a year not bad the service and food was excellent. Hebert did a great job with my order. I will be back

I love Slims Chicken. The tenders are great and I really like that they are lightly breaded. Super yummy!

Mehhhhh, a huge “so what”.......... nothing special, and canes is far better!

I really loved the potato salad but the tenders were just tenders. Nothing special.

Love the food! Better than Canes! Live close to this location so will definitely be making more stops there!

Enjoyed the food!! Chicken strips were seasoned very well and cooked just right.
