This curry is the real thing, not just some premade sauce that was quickly heated up. We are always ordering from this place for takeout and I have to say that the quality has been consistent, and delicious. The curries are nice and creamy, garlic knot is always very fluffy and generally I think it’s a great value for the money. It is not the cheapest place but for that price is definitely the best place around. The only thing I would improve is the use of low grade plastics as packaging, it would be great to have A more environmentally friendly packaging. The same with automatically putting in the plastic forks and spoons I think is unnecessary.

Meat to sauce ratio is high! Went here on the way to family’s house up in Kendall Park and picked up a variety of the lunch specials. We requested specifically that they replace whatever dessert they were going to give us with gulab jamun. When we got home and unpacked everything, GJs were there and warm. YUM. Pakoras were freshly fried and tasty. Naan was warm and toasty. The lunch specials are more than any one person could eat so we usually have them over two meals. The flavor is also good. The Tandoori platter has tender meats on it and not rubbery or dry like I’ve sometimes experienced at an Indian restaurant. When you pop the lid on your main, you’ll see that your lamb, chicken, or paneer is numerous and can easily be split between two people or meals. And, again... the flavor. I found the paneer makhani a little watery, but everything else (lamb nirgisi, lamb curry) delicious with naan or rice. The only reason I removed one star was because they haven’t been on time many times when we’ve ordered in advance (but the food is always fresh) and they neglected to give us 10% off as they apparently advertised to residents of the active adult community we are a part of.
