He is a friend of Ares but there wings I would put up against anybody's and there stromboli was outstanding and prices are responsible compared to some places

Small bar and restaurant with a pool table. We ordered fresh cut fries with cheese and bacon (real bacon, not real cheese) and wings. I ordered the house special sauce, a mix of wing sauce, bbq and parm cheese. It was not the best. The bites were good otherwise. Not too bad price-wise.

Perhaps some of the finest “Pub Food” in the valley. I measure this on the Cheese Pizza/Stromboli/Mild Sauce recipe combinations. They nail it in consistency in these crucial areas of quality on their menu. They are clean and reasonably priced. They also have homemade fresh cut fries!! I place Carey’s #1 in small business pub food in Wyoming Valley. I feel they can please a wide array of the pickiest foodies easily ! My slam dunk of the year!

Carey's is a hidden gem in my neighborhood. I didn't realize it's right around the block from me. They also are one of the very few places that keeps their kitchen open after nine p.m. which for someone likeysrlf that works at night is a HUGE plus. I think we have ordered take out from there three times this week and have yet to b disappointed.
