Papa Johns Pizza

Placed an order online at 4:29 to be picked up at 6:45. When I arrived at 6:50 the person at the counter could not even give me an estimated time when my order would be ready. I promptly canceled the order since the store obviously can’t be managed properly. I tried calling the store multiple times to talk to the manager and no one answered the phone. Very poor costumer service from the Kingsport, TN store on Eastman Rd. I will never order pizza from Papa John’s again. P.S. Ordered Pizza Hut and had great service there and pizza was on time.

The worst place to get pizza. The manager working was the only guy there, he was very rude, my pizza was burnt on the bottom and it was cold, i paid for topping and I hardly had any, didn't give me any of the sauces I needed. I live 5 min down the road from papa johns after placing the order I got in the car and went to pick it up and waited so why is my pizza cold. I called and told him about my pizza and he didn't care. I have a handicap uncle who has had a stroke and he couldnt eat the pizza. He tells me bring it back. I'm sorry sir but I've been outside working and that the only thing I've had and I spent 30 on pizza I'm not going to waste 30 dollars. There staff over all dont care about there jobs. Because of there bad service and they didn't care that I had handicap uncle that lived in my home I will be taking this to the news and I will be talking to the owner and the man who owns the shopping center. I'm tired of bad service. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS PAPA JOHNS. I have talked to corporate office and the owner will be calling me.

I’ve had more than one questionable experience with this place but continue to do business because I understand “things happen” but for my food to be delivered to me burnt to a CRISP, just puts me over. Never again! Wish I could attach photos. I tried to call management and they left me on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected the call. I deserve a refund and apology. Unacceptable!

OMG!! This place quoted me a 35 minute wait time.Took over an 1 hour and 5 minutes!!! Unacceptable!!! I only ordered a few simple standard large pizzas. This isn’t rocket science. The staff was aloof, rude and completely disinterested in customer service. To top it off my pizzas barely has any toppings. I can’t say enough BAD about this place. I won’t ever be back!!!! This Papa Johns will NEVER see another dime from me. AVOID!!
