Cook Out

Ordered a cheddar style burger. Did not expect to get an entire onion. *I've ordered this many times before and it was not like this* Then they handed us a sprite and when we said no we ordered a coke. One of the people started cussing about it and the lady at the window told him to stop cussing. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

**UPDATE** I spoke with a representative from Cook Out Corporate office and they were very kind and took care of the issue. I appreciate this company taking care of customer concerns and further addressing the issue with their staff. Very bad experience last night at this location. Order was completely wrong and was over charged. When I brought up that I wanted a receipt the employee acted like it was the end of the world. When I showed her we didn't order some of the items she slammed the window in my face and sent a young manager over and he couldn't answer my questions and just shut the window. I just trashed the whole order and went somewhere with excellent customer service and food preparation. Very disappointing as my family enjoys Cook Out.

Love the bbq but it seems like they confuse orders or parts of the order too often for my taste. The last guy to take my order sounded like he was under the influence of something. He missed my request for onion rings (how do you do that?) and I ended up with Cheerwine instead of diet coke. The manager tried to put the drink on me saying I should have tried it before leaving. Really? I can go back and get my onion rings and diet Coke per the manager but....

Edit March 9,2020 Adding photos. Is this some kind of joke? Do.you give us a whole onion on our burgers now? That is what you served my daughter tonight. Have a look . I'll also upload the video. Hot fresh and can’t beat the prices at cookout! Everything was really good and the drive through window was fast and workers were very courteous to us! Will go back again.

Both employees at the window were wearing their masks on their chin, both while the window was closed, and while interacting with me as a customer. I was wearing my mask but if people in the drive through aren’t, that’s a direct exposure from an employee. Please make your restaurant safe, especially now with our cases so high.
