The food is enjoyable, but they never have bread in the beginning, you don't get any until the main course comes out. I would like to have bread earlier with my salad. This is the only thing I would change. Everything else is great.

A solid choice for medium price meals with the family. If southern is your style then you will love exploring the different dining areas within the restaurant.Food is tasty and service is good. FREE PIE ON WENESDAY!

Ordered a French dip, chopped steak, and appitizer combo from grub hub, And needless to say it was amazing! It's rare a grub hub or even carry out order makes it home in what I'd call restaurant quality but I have to say I've ordered through grub hub 3 X's now and each one has been absolutely delicious. (Granted I know to not order most fried things and sub Fry's for other sides when I can.) Thank you for the delight tonight after a long day!

Chicken tenders were almost burnt to the point I didn’t even want to eat them and the waiter made the meanest face when I asked for a different plate which is something I never do. I politely told him never mind and paid and left. Definitely won’t be back!!!

My first visit was nice. The server was super friendly and very accommodating. I was given the wrong potatoes and my asparagus was burned but both issued were quickly remedied with a smile and apology. The steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. I would definitely return.

I ordered the grilled California Chicken Salad to go. This is my favorite salad. Nobody does it better! Chicken grilled just right - tender & not dried out. Fresh lettuce & fixings! I am never disappointed at O' Charley's. And all the wait staff, though busy, stopped by to make sure my wait of about 10 minutes, was as pleasant as could be! Thank you, O'Charley!

Stopped by and picked up a family chicken meal for a get together. When we opened the chicken container at home there was no mushrooms, cheese, or seasoning on the chicken. The 2 sides that came with it were like 4 small scoops, nowhere near enough for 6 people. Very disappointing. Call the manager, Chris, said he was very sorry and would send me some gift cards to make up for it. Didn't help us having to scramble around and fix something for our guest but ok stuff happens. Guess what, that was 1/21/21 and it is now 1/25/2021 and no gift cards. was supposed to get them in an email. Go somewhere where they want your business. This place stinks.

Our waitress was very slow. She seemed out of her element. The food was slow coming out and when it did the Mac and cheese was cold,chicken was under cook. And the the med rare steak was very rare to the point I could squeeze blood from it. And never asked if we wanted refills or to see a dessert menu after my husband told her it was my birthday. Very disappointing.
