Quite, comfortable, and relaxing little place in Lake Tahoe!! Would highly recommend this place if you like authentic Mexican food... great outdoor setting area and friendly staff. Will return next time around...

Great food. Walked down from Caliente after looking at a menu that included 11 dollar tacos. Much more Mexican than Caliente and realistic prices. I had a great asada torta. Highly recommend.

Barbacoa tacos were excellent. Very simple place, simple menu tacos, tortas. Had the shrimp ceviche which was tasty. Unfortunately confirmed for me later in day that I do have a shellfish allergy. Not their fault.

The food is very good, the service is friendly, but if you order something when you are at the table (example: knife, sauce, napkin etc) they will forget or take a long time to bring it.

Don't let the unorthodox layout fool you (even though they're doing dishes right as you walk in) — the BARBACOA tacos are DELICIOUS! The meat melts in your mouth and the tortillas are HAND-PRESSED!! My husband approves of their spicy options 🌶🔥

Little overpriced honestly, but the food tasted good. Got a chicken burrito and menudo. Both tasted pretty authentic as Mexican foods go. They have outdoor seating and you just order up front and sit outside.
