Price is great. Unfortunately, the brisket isn't. Very underwhelming, lightly smoked and then ruined by what obviously is cooking in an oven, covered so that it became a mushy mess. No smoke flavor, no bark, no pull to the meat whatsoever. Two stars because help staff were really nice. Potato salad good, but cole slaw not creamy, just like white sugary water and vinegar. Ice tea was good.
This place needs to get a good brisket rub and learn to dry brine the brisket overnight. Of all the BBQ joints in Texas I've tried, this was, without any reservations in my opinion, the worst brisket I've ever had in Texas.

Fantastic barbecue. Brisket is delicious, with just enough bite. Fried okra was great! Try the garbage pouch, you won't be disappointed. Can't go wrong. Staff was very friendly, dining room is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Very recommended.

If you want good Texas BBQ, come to Crazy Bobs BBQ. Delicious sandwiches and you have to try their homemade potato salad. The staff were friendly and helpful. Haven't enjoyed BBQ like this in a long time. Thank you Crazy Bob.
