Visiting from the east coast and was so excited to try this for the first time. Fries were good, everything else not so much. Ordered a burger with cheese and they forgot the cheese but added tomatoes for some reason. The Dr Pepper shake just tastes like a vanilla shake. Disappointing.

The lobby cashier got our order wrong. He wasn’t listening and would not speak up so we could hear him. You should not have someone customer facing if they do not have the skills to interact with customers properly.

Food was good. The DP shake was really good!! Staff was friendly but the service time was a little long consider there were only two people ahead of me.

One of the worst service whataburger’s I have ever been to. 1:00 am the 15 people waiting in the drive thru having to turn off their cars why they wait 10 min between each order. There is absolutely no point of using the app to pre order you will still wait for ever to get the food you ordered

This is the worst whataburger ever. How slow can you be. I worked at whataburger in high school and we killed it. Never did someone have to sit in drive through for 30 minutes or more. And it's every time you come here. Complete trash.
