Highly recommend especially for people with food allergies. Not only the food is delicious, well priced and people are friendly! They take seriously and listen to customers to ensure that food is delicious and safe to eat for people with allergies. The restaurant prepared phad see euw for my son with severe food allergies on all nuts, dairy including butter, eggs and seafood (including fish and oyster sauce). The noodles was delicious! Tom kha soup is really good, too! If you're looking for awesome Thai Restaurant, come to Maui Thai Bistro in Kihei! Our experience with this restaurant was awesome unlike the experience we had after having noodles at an Asian fusion noodle restaurant in Lahaina, my son was ambulanced to ER and stayed for 5 hours.
OMG! Where can I start? Very unpretentious place which we found by chance. First, we had Kahlua pork spring rolls which turned out to be divine. After that, Tom Ka soup which was THE best Tom Ka soup I’ve ever had. Then, we had chicken and beef curry which were phenomenal. Before we left, we stressed over and over to our waitress that the food was awesome and asked her to compliment the chef. For the rest of the day, we kept reminding ourselves of how lucky we had been to find hat place by simply driving by. At the hotel, we recommended it to a few people. If you’re in the area, stop by and they will take you to food heaven. Kudos to the chef!
Thailand Cuisine a great restaurant, especially for the yellow curry. The curry was fantastic, and curry comes with a choice of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, or fish. Rice must be a side order though. You will most likely end up spending about $15-20/person. The Thai iced tea is an absolute treat also, I strongly, strongly recommend trying it. The water served is lemon water, and the waitress was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice as well. I strongly recommend, 5 stars
Lovely meal. Chicken Pad Thai was good, not sweet like most Thai restaurant. Would have loved more vegetables. Service and price was great too.
The curry is always awesome, especially if you like it spicy! You do buy rice separate. It's still half the price you would pay over at Monsoon India.
Very good food! Nice service too, we had been going to Maui Thai because it showed up first on Google but we enjoyed this place even more, glad we ended up here for dinner! Lots of veggie options!
I wish I would have tried this place sooner. I lived in Thailand for 9 years, this is hands down the best and most authentic Thai food on Maui. If you want great food at a decent price, I highly recommend it.
Great thai food. Ambience is good too. Rates are reasonable for Hawaii. If u want a spice kick in the middle of your vacation. This is it. I absolutely loved the crab legs curry and strongly recommend it. V
Crab was fresh. We also had Tom yum soup it was hot and herby.
Their "hot" is actually very hot. Just a tip of caution.
Their coconut chicken soup, (Tom Kha Gai) is so yummy & healing & Tom Yum Shrimp is awesome too. Love their Satay chicken skewers w/peanut sauce too. 😋
One of my favorite restaurants. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently good. The only thing stopping me from five Stars is that I have had some friends complain that their food is never spicy enough for them, even when they ask for it to be extra hot.
My wife and I were told about this restaraunt to check it out on our honeymoon. The food was so good, we got red curry fish and tofu pad thai. It was prepared quick and tasted delicious. We also noticed they won an excellence award from thailand. We loved it.
Here's a thai gem hidden in the Kukui mall... Kihei, Maui... the prices are fantastic and the food is delicious! The service is also great!
They are very cognizant of vegetarian requests... I've tried their Tom Juhd noodle soup (the best), curries, and entrees (eggplant tofu, etc)... they are simply the best on Maui... A Must try!
