THE BEST ON THE ISLAND! This is a must go coffee shop if you are in Maui. My husband and I went 3 times out of 6 days of being there. Each time was like a honeymoon within our honeymoon. The flavor is like no other. I wish I could have this coffee every day. And the staff were amazing too! Each time we went they were busy but we’re attentive to each customer and you can tell they thoroughly love what they do.

A fun coffee shop that’s walkable from the beach. The drinks are reasonably priced but the coffee beans are a bit more expensive than the surrounding local coffee shops (25/ 8oz) but is roasted on Maui and is very yummy! They also have some flavored coffees, and the banana macadamia nut flavour is fabulous as an iced coffee. They have a variety of syrups to flavour your drinks as well as many non dairy milk options. We tried hot cappuccinos and they were yummy. We also tried the mango bread and it was very good (a hint of mango flavour). ** UPDATE * * Sorry if it wasn't clear, and thank you to Julie @ Lava Java for the clarification on the coffee price. The beans sold here that I purchased are grown on Maui and that was the reason for the slightly higher price compared to other coffee shops that sell blends. The beans are locally gown and locally roasted and absolutely worth the extra money! Their Maui Red Catuai coffee was a lovely addition to our mornings on the island.

Just visited here with my Daughter & Grandson. This is a little store, with a lot to offer! The coffee was amazing every time we went in! Hot , iced, all of it! Was able to pick up some delicious treats and gifts. Very inviting, comfortable and impeccable service ☆ Great location. Definitely recommend

Best coffee I think I’ve ever had. So fresh and a great, deep flavor. We are using the hotels standard pot for our coffee, I can only imagine how amazing this coffee is on a more specialty brewer. Freshly bagged beans and the staff is knowledgeable with types and with the storage times. The owner was in the shop when we were there the second time to get more coffee and he was such a cool guy, so friendly, and you can tell he really cares about making sure he’s selling quality coffee and products. Buy 3 bags get 1 free so we bought bags to take home! Their mocha freeze is such a refreshing beverage to go, they have small and big cups to purchase, good variety of coffee, and they grind the beans for you if you need that. Worth every penny. I wish we had their coffee in California! Parking is easy, it’s right next to some shopping and restaurants and across from a beach, atmosphere is super cool inside and outside- so what more can you ask for!

This place not only had great coffee with lots of alternative milk and sugar free options, but their eclectic and community atmosphere really made my morning. The patrons and employees were relaxed and welcoming. I’m very picky about coffee and just came from Europe, their espresso was DELICIOUS and smooth. Lots of playful decor including helpful maps and info. Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s sure to put a smile on your face and provide you with a delicious morning coffee.

My go to for daily coffee fix, nothing bad to say, doing what they do best with greatness. Buy 3lbs of coffee and get 1 free deal was perfect for bringing back home to brew and give out as souvenirs/gifts, they also have some baked goods, Maui grown coffee, and they know how to make a proper/real cappuccino (proper meaning right ratio of espresso/milk in the 1 small size) and the cold brew was perfection. Service was great and staff (family owned?) was also 5 stars!
