Ordered BBQ chicken but I feel like some of my chicken pieces taste like FLOUR or MEAT REPLACEMENT! This is a second time that I’ve experienced this now. Tasted soggy and just gross. Surely won’t be ordering anymore. So disappointed.

The image below shows my Father in disgust while taking a bite of Pizza Huts supreme pizza. It had one olive, a sliver of capsicum and fragments of a tomato slice. it was drowned in half melted cheese and had almost no sauce. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just took my pickup order …they haven’t put any sauce on my both pizzas it supposed to come with aioli upon that 3 slices of pizza wasn’t have any toppings at all.. horrible
Used to be good food before but today was so annoying.. side’s completely burnt.. they should focus on food quality now

Pizza Hut used to be good. Now the quality is below terrible. I just had my last pizza from them. It seems they’re running out of cheese and all other toppings it’s all dough and very little of anything else. They used to put a lot of cheese now they charge you extra if you want basically the same amount of cheese from before and other toppings. Very disappointing. Good bye Pizza Hut

Worst service ever !
I’ve eaten pizza hut pizza’s before from other stores but never had this kind of dough and bad experience I’ve had from park-more’s store

Worst delivery and service ever. We were told our pizzas were delivered however we never received them. Obviously went to another address however the manager was so adamant it came he wasnt even apologetic about it. By the way it took us almost 30 mins to get through to them via the call centre as they never answer the phone so we could even let them know we never got our order. They remade them and sent them again so it took almost 2 hours for us to get our average made pizzas. Our apology gesture we recieved was a free bottle of coke 😩 never buying from here again.

Well that's the last time I'm going there. The service was poor and the pizza wasn't even cooked properly. The base was wet and the entire pizza was sloppy and doughy. The cheese hadn't even melted. Yuk. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Pizzas are great - but the ppl who serve you are pretty dodgy… Make sure if you go to buy pizza on a Tuesday night you get it half price…. every time we go on a Tuesday they ‘conveniently forget’! EVVVVVERY TIME we have purchase on a Tuesday they have asked for full price - then they are reminded ‘isn’t it 1/2 price on Tuesday??? Their response - oh yeah I forgot 🥴
