I never miss this place when I am in Key West. Conch fritters and ice cold Yuengling. If you are spending the day on Duvall this is the place to stop for the right flavor.
BEST lobster roll ever.. What a treasure, best kept secret in Key West. We come here every year. It is a must for real flavor of the keys. Love everything.

Conch fritters are the best I've ever had! This place is rated #4 out of 150 in key west, and I now know why! Its right in the middle of key west and kind of hidden. So very yummy! Must try!
I'm no Conch expert, but my friend is a bit of a fan of the Conch fritter and suggested we grab some on our walk down Duval street. Little fried balls with a hint of spice and some really good dipping sauces - they reminded me a little bit of hushpuppies. Since it's my first time it's hard to say how god they were, but my friend thought they were actually quite good. I got some cracked conch which was really good and really showcased the conch.
My husband and I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat in between jet skiing and parasailing. We were able to sit outside and enjoy a really good burger. The food was very fresh. The pictures don't do it justice!! We sat for a bit and spoke with the lady who was running it. She was very nice and gave us good info on the island. It's a great place to pop in and sit a bit! Plus the chickens running around were fun
Yay! Key West Pride 2015! For about the best value on Key West, I feel The Conch Shack deserves your patronage. Prices are extremely reasonable. Well, I mean reasonable for Key West.
I jumped in with the Danger Dog, which is a huge hot dog wrapped in bacon, and then fried. It was excellent, but not for the feint of heart. Get the island fries to accompany it. The beers here are cheap, so feel free to indulge.
I sampled a Main lobster roll, and it was quite good. One of my friends ordered the veggie burger, which he said was decent.
Ordered a cheese burger and conch fritters! The cheese burger was really good...on the small side...perfect for late night eating! The conch fritters were freakin' amazing! They had two sauces...a spicy zesty mayo and a lime mayo type sauce! Both were excellent...didn't know which one I liked best! Super good!
A must stop. After reading the reviews on this place we had to stop. Went with the most talked about Maine lobster sandwich and conch fritters. Not only were the employees super nice and funny the food was out of this world. It was so good we stopped again before we left.This is a good spot if you are in your suit or just want to hang outside on Duval no need to get fancy here. It should seriously be a crime to not stop here if you are in key west!
Great little dive! The conch fritters are very good. The lime sauce provides a nice balance. The conch seviche good -- not as acidic as I prefer -- but fresh and good.
I loved trying conch fritters for the first time ever at The Conch Shack in Key West. The staff were so friendly and I visited again the next day. The seating is cozy, right off of Duval St and you can just watch the night life while enjoying a quick meal. It isn’t pictured, but there are plenty of seats.
Excellent conch fritters served out of a food truck in a convenient location. Right outside hogs breath. Fritters were freshly cooked with a key lime sauce or spicy remoulade. Both were good! Like going to the islands in key west.
The Conch Shack is one of the best places in Key West. Try the Lobster Roll you will lick your finger. The mahi-mahi fish bites are tasty. The places are packed but the seating is very limited. The drinks are cheap. The atmosphere is perfect. This place got everything going right its way and the reviews show it.
Small little spot. Fritters were hot, but didn't wow me. Maybe conch just isn't my thing. People were nice and food was fresh so still give it 5 stars especially if you like conch.
Had the conch trio - felt like the fritters were a bit too much batter and not a lot of conch, but nevertheless good. The lime sauce was great. The ceviche was okay but it was so tiny as part of the trio, literally contained in a small sauce jar. Our favorite was definitely the fried conch, like fried calamari but with conch. I lived in RI for many years and this place reminds me of clam shacks in Newport, albeit this is definitely more expensive.
Extremely hard to park around there, as is the situation in most of Key West.
One of the best hole-in-the-wall take-out joints in Key West. Simple, but awesome menu of cracked conch, conch fritters, Mahi bites, and hand-cut fries. Grab a sack of awesomeness from the Conch Shack and head down Duval to Capt Tony's (to get out of the heat) for an awesome KW lunch or dinner!
Back again after a couple of years. The lobster roll did not disappoint! Best lobster roll I've had ! The conch fritters were delish, and that Pina Colada Smoothie was so refreshing.
Every single time we are in Key West we HAVE TO stop at The Conch Shack!! They have the best hot dogs and conch fritters ever! 10/10 recommend!!!

We ordered the conch fritters and they were amazing. I'm not usually a big fan of them but these were actually really good. If you are around and like fritters I would absolutely recommend you stop by and give them a try.
We only ordered the conch fritters and we really enjoyed them. They made them after we ordered so we had to wait a bit. They came out hot and crunchy with a key lime aioli and a spicier sauce. I liked the spicy sauce. We took photos of all the chickens while we waited. Note - cash only.
