Review Domino's Pizza - Kernersville

So yesterday was National Pizza Day, we missed it but made up the ground today. Domino’s has food options that are not available at Pizza Hut. The website really allows you to customize your pizza build. Domino’s online tracker is fantastic. It told me that Billy was the Quality Checker and Billy was also our delivery driver. I liked that he had skin in the game! It also notified me when he was in the neighborhood! The delivery directions thru Pizza Hut is only 16 characters. Domino’s let me give descriptive instructions on where to leave it and steps to avoid aggravating our aggressive inside dog. The pizzas were perfect and SO good!! The only thing they need to work on, is the tipping. You cannot add a tip to your credit card. We were lucky to have cash, because we usually don’t. If I’m paying online, it should be for product and tip.

New Review 2/22/22 I am changing my original rating of 1 star to 5 stars. I am keeping my old 1 star review below as it was an issue in the past, but this Dominos has redeemed themselves. I am posting a new picture of a pizza I just got (Look at the greatness!!). I also need to note that the restaurant manager actually took my older review from 4 months ago and made good on it back when I originally posted the view. I have since gotten great orders and I am a happy camper again. Thanks Dominos!!! Review from 4 months ago….. I ordered a carryout order last night and one of the specialty pizzas was missing a third of its toppings. Two thirds looked great while the other third only had some overflow toppings. When I got back to work and noticed the issue, I called the restaurant and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes when I had to hang up and get back to work. This is very disappointing from a normally stellar establishment. I tried to use the app to repot but I pushed the wrong button and it wouldn't let me rate my experience.

Ordered for curbside pickup. After 10 minutes of waiting After I received the text that the order was ready, I finally went inside. They had placed the order in the pile for delivery and they couldn't find it. Got my thin crust veggie pizza home. Cold and the pizza was soggy and completely stuck to the box. Plenty of employees inside at the time. Horrible.

As a general rule, I have been extremely happy with service UNTIL today. I have now been on hold waiting to speak to a person for over 30 minutes. I was having problems ordering online for later today. Luckily I was finally able to get the order placed online but I am still on hold on the phone. Five stars for previous orders but not so much for this one.

The pizza is pretty good for "fast food" the prices are a little expensive but it would be perfect for a family of 4 on a Saturday night or some other accasion.

The management and staff are the best! I order 3 times every week for my company and they always go above and beyond!

Every single time I place an order with Domino’s it takes well over an hour to receive a cold pizza that has been cooked, ready & just sits in a warmer at the store. It doesn’t matter if I order at 11am or 2 PM or 7 PM. Obviously they need more drivers. On one occasion the driver told me she was the only driver working. My order in March took so long even Dominos flagged it with an apology email and coupon. Now here I am finally reordering from Dominos a month later and again over an hour for delivery. I pay a fee for delivery, I also tip $5 on a $13 pizza but it doesn’t matter. In addition when the pizza finally did arrive it was incorrect. Onions on entire pizza instead of half so the kids won’t even eat it. I would definitely recommend ordering from this location if you like to wait endlessly for mediocre ice cold pizza that has been sitting around getting old for over an hour.

literally waited for 2 hrs for my delivery to arrive. Had I not had a sick child at home i would have picked it up myself. After an hr and 40 mins of waiting I called the store. Only to be told it was just now being put in the oven because of unfortunate circumstances. I wish I could belive that but after receiving luke warm pizza at best I'm going to say that was a lie. The pan pizza I ordered was so soggy. And the other was barely warm and not even cut good. Needless to say the trash got it. Thank God for door dash that delivered my other meal I had to order because dominoes was taking so long. That food was worth what I paid. Can't belive i paid full prize for cold pizza that took 2 hrs.

Just left Dominos absolutely the worst customer service ever! We waited nearly an hour for our pizzas however when we asked they said one more moment. I asked the girl with red curly hair...she went to check and then walked off...I asked the girl with the blond hair she too did the same thing...finally a young man came up said oh we’re out of Sausage.... after nearly an hour you tell us this? Horrible horrible customer service. I asked for the owners business card...they can’t give that out. Seriously! We demanded our money back and walked out. Horrible customer service!!! Shame shame shame!!!!! 10 people working flying all over the kitchen area. At one point boxes fell on the dirty floor...they picked them up to use them instead of the garbage. There needs to be some serious training at this location!

Very disappointed. Guess whoever made ours was in a rush. Doubt I will go back.

I can't wait for the new location. Great Food, Great People.
