Review Bojangles - Kernersville

Love when Bojangles does their specials. Had the two for $4 steak biscuits on Saturday and they were very good. And I always love to get a good old sweet tea from Bojangles.

Food was good, especially the fries, which h were some of the best Bo's fries I'd had in years. Also glad they had more menu choices (sides and entrees) than in some areas. You could order inside, but no interior dining, unfortunately. There was a minor concern about the restroom condition (door issue and cleanliness) and it was a little farther from the Interstate than anticipated.

I once took a dump in the parking lot. It was an enjoyable experience. I look forward to doing it again!

After going through the drive thru, we waited 10 minutes at the cone. We decided to go in and find out what was going on. Customer Service pretty much sucked. Employee's standing around drinking soda. Fries on the counter. No acknowledgement when my wife entered building. Very disorganized. Fries overly seasoned "salty" and old dried up. Not recommending this restaurant.

To the Area manager of this store, Thank you soo much!! Heard about the good biscuits here and thought I'd bring mama to try them with me. The dining area was closed, but she accommodated us. A nice young lady came out to take our order and in 5 minutes we were enjoying a delicious breakfast!! We are truck drivers out of Texas its not easy finding great food on the road!! Thank yaw!!🤠👍🏽

Slow service. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. Employee said they only had 1 so asked request 1 grilled 1 regular. 10 minutes later had to get out and go in to get my order. After entering, No one even acknowledge that I was there until I had to say, "Excuse me, where is my food?" Finally received my food. I will not go to this location again nor do I recommend this location.

Third time in 2 weeks I have placed an order and have not gotten my drink. I work construction doing 12 hour days and failed to notice until I was already near the hotel and since I was not given a receipt on 2 of those occasions I had no way to prove their negligence. 2 weeks ago I noticed a chicken sandwich on the floor near the counter when I pulled up to pay at the pick up window, when I got my food 3 minutes later the sandwich was still on the floor even though a young man was standing beside it the whole time and other staff members stepped over it to get orders ready. Staff are polite but should be attentive and pay more attention to cleanliness

Friendly yes but NOT sanitary or do they take the Virus serious! No mask on the lady who gives the food no gloves on her hands either! I asked her do they require gloves she said yes so I asked where was hers.. after she crammed my bo rounds In the bag.. She then put on gloves did not sanitize nor wash.. I requested another order of no rounds and she put the SAME ONES back in my bag! This virus is not a joke and fast food need to be the most sanitary places of all!!! Only ONE person taking money , masks on all employees ,hair nets, and if you give me my food I want to see gloves on your hands.. People trust you to be clean so others don’t get sick! You should care more!!

I could not find your location on Union Cross Road, and hope both restaurants in K'ville are associated. If not, please forgive the following. We just picked up the worst Bojangles meal we have ever had from the newer restaurant on Union Cross--it was ordered and picked up around 7:00 p.m., a Cajun filet biscuit where the biscuit was barely cooked and doughy, with french fries that clearly had been sitting around for more than an hour, a 2 piece dinner with, again, a doughy biscuit, not great chicken, however we will say great rice and macaroni and cheese--total cost for this poorly prepared fast food was $12.03, and the only good items were the 2 sides of macaroni and cheese and rice--everything else was terrible. Disappointing, needless to say.

The food is always fresh I just love how bojanes they don't have one in Texas so when I visit my family in North Carolina always make sure that I pay a visit

The food was good but the last two times I got the family variety feast they left something out. I will check before I leave from now on.

Service was terable the girl waiting on me had such a bad attitude..so bad that I would suggest she get another job because apparently she doesn't like the one she has !!!

Terrible attitudes and skipped over us a lot
