Review Hardee's - Kernersville

Stopped here to meet with a friend. Went inside & used the restroom while waiting for her. The employees were very friendly & helpful while I was inside. Checked out the breakfast menu in the lobby & my friend arrived outside, so I went out to meet her. She didn't want anything, so I decided to go through the Drive-thru when she left. I ordered the Frisco Sandwich Breakfast Combo. Big mistake. Somehow the sandwich managed to be both dry and greasy at the same time. I ordered a Small, which ended up being $7.16 total. The Hash Rounds were greasy and tasted like they had been in really old oil. Come on Hardee's, you have to clean your oil. The coffee was okay. I asked for extra, extra creamers and sugar, and received 3 sugar packets and 4 creamers. The creamers were cold, so that was nice. And the employee did ask if I wanted regular sugar. Oh and for some reason there were 2 stirrers in the bag. Again, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was nasty. The employees can only work with what they have. It's been years since I've tried a Hardee's (because the food was bad then, too), so I'm going to stick to not going there.

I try to be very fair with reviews. This location on this day had horrible quality when it came to the food. Customer service was fine. The burger however oozed condiments with every bite!

I went to Hardee’s kernersville store *HARDEES 1500469* They had literally one worker her name is Brittany F. I really applaud this lady to be able to take orders make food take money drop food and make drinks is all under 10 minutes but it’s sad that she has to cook the food on a higher temperature just do the food and be done quick so she wouldn’t get backed up I’m not mad at Brittany because she was willing to still go to work and try to make people food I’m mad because she had NO HELP nobody was in the store but her this store needs to be shut down and they need to take Brittany to a store where they appreciate their employees and this was yesterday Saturday May 28, 2022

Awful, avoid at all cost! No one in line at drive thru so you'd figure the food would be fresh. NOPE, cold stale burger and fries. Tasted like it was made hours ago. Ordered the Frisco burger. Disgusting, now I know why no one was eating there. $10 bucks for garbage food. Stay away

They were out of the small buns& we had small burgers on giant buns. I just opened it up & my first reaction was..."where's the beef" 😂😂 but they were still good! At home put 2 patties on one bun & it was good! Used the other bun for a sandwich from the night before & it was good. So it worked out great!!

I need to write this review to let people know what is going on there. So i was there 2/15/2022 around 1:00pm i drove to the drive thru and no one answered so i drove up to the window and there was a car in front of me and he was not getting any help either so i drove up next to him and he had ordered his food on the app and no one was helping him at all could not see anyone in the store. so we both proceeded to the front door and both doors were locked so we walked over to the dining room and there were 2 people sitting down that did not look like employees so we had what was going on they stated the system was down. So then we saw a employee sit down at a table so i knocked on the window until he saw me and then he finally got up and come to the front door and i asked what was wrong and he stated the system was down and I proceeded to asked why was there not a note placed on the door or the drive thru letting customers know. He cam back and said they were short staffed. Then I had asked him about the other gentlemens order that he order on the app. Then the guy stated he would go back and fix his meal. I wish now I would have got the guys name is was very RUDE and not very sorry to the customers. Ifeel this store should be reported to corporate very un professional.

Absolutely no business at 4pm on a Friday as rush hour begins. You’d think they would serve fresh food to their only customer. I got cold fries and a cold burger. To add insult to injury, they disregarded my only request for “no onions”. They put it in the order right because it reflected properly on the screen. They just didn’t bother to modify the already made and wrapped burger they had sitting there for an hour. Wild! This is all after disregarding how rude the lady was that took my order. I’m very easy to please but Chik-fil-A makes it clear that you guys don’t even want the business. Especially since Hardee’s burgers (at other locations) have really impressed me. Not my first bad visit here but it will be my last and it looks like I’m late to the party. Lol

Only 1 person working. He wasctrying to hustle. If I had not had a prior commitment I'd have offer assistance. Let's be kind in these circumstances
