Review Pizza Hut - Kernersville

Saturday night, ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks. Food was delivered hot, fresh, and within 30 minutes. BBQ chicken bacon pizza was fire! Delivery driver was friendly and smiling. Couldn't ask for more. :)

I have a tremendous amount of patience for fast food workers. That being said, I do expect some customer service standards when I visit. Speak to me in a clear courteous voice, and get my order correct. Neither of these standards were met. The worker greeted me with an annoyed tone and rolled her eyes as she said it. Then to find out my chicken wings weren't as I ordered and my food was room temperature. I don't expect everyone to be cheerful Chick-fil-A employees, but would like some simple courtesy when exchanging money for food.

Ordered from them a couple of times now. The pizzas have been consistently good and delivery times very reasonable. Even after I made a mistake on my internet order and personally called them to fix it..the staff handled it for me very well and fixed my error.. and STILL got my Pizza out in good time! Will be doing more busines with them!

Glad it stays open after 7 now and Key was awesome. Just wished they'd bring back the crust flavors and old school apple dessert pizza

My pizza showed up looking like it was left in the oven too long, cheese dried up, etc. Tasted awful and old. Called to talk to manager, her words exactly: "I can assure you that pizza was made correctly". As if to say I was lying!! Oh I was hot mad, asked for my money back and she wouldn't do it so now they're sending another. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I have photos I am sending to management. Very poor lower management. I'll stick to Domino's! They never disappoint!!!

Made an online order with double breadsticks, but they didn't have any butter/seasoning on them or sauce! This is our favorite part of pizza hut! Called the store and they gave me the option for credit on a future order. Great customer service and I will reorder from this location in the future (given they don't mess up the breadsticks again! Lol...) The stuffed crust pizza is amazing though and almost makes up for the messed up breadsticks!

I waited 20 minutes (pass the due time) for them to bring the pizza outside AFTER letting them know I was there And they said “oh yes, it’s right here , be right out”. When I got it home I was SHOCKED. The “sealed by the hut” label has been removed and another placed on top of it! The pizza box was FILTHY! The fingerprints in the picture are NOT MINE. The box truly looked like it had been reused!!! This was DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER PIZZA HUT PIZZA at any location!!!!

Corporate needs to come in and pull the plug on this location. I give it a shot every few months hoping things changed, but been the same experience every time. I always order online ahead of time and leave to pickup at the time the order is supposed to be ready Incase they are a little behind. I try to call for the curbside delivery but no one ever answers the phone. When I get inside the phone continuously rings with no one answering. The food is never ready and I usually wait about 30extra minutes but somehow the food always comes from the back and is room temperature and usually wrong but I just want to get out at this point. One employee comes to the register about once every ten minutes while the rest are heard and seen singing and dancing in the back to the music you could hear over the constant ringing of the phone. Just shut it down.
