I ordered the new beyond chicken and it was not prepared properly. It took a long time to make and came out cold and hard to chew. I’ve already had the beyond chicken at other locations and it was delicious. The owner of this location needs to make some changes and prepare the food correctly.

We had an eight piece meal which included mashed potatoes, biscuits, and Coleslaw. We were nervous about about ordering due to many bad reviews but our fears were unfounded. The chicken was crisp, juicy and tender. The mashed potatoes were a little to loose or we would have given them a five.
Ordered extra crispy chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home there was nothing crispy about the chicken at all, was rather soggy. Potatoes were one drop of water away from soup so when you added the gravy you got soup.
Love KFC but there was only 2 people working. They need to pay more.
Several months after my original post my wife decided to surprise me by getting me some kfc. I have always loved their food but today I got the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen! SO DISAPPOINTED! Not worth the money!
