Review Mcdonald's - Kernersville

Manager was rude, this location gets orders wrong all the time. I have had at least 7 orders that I have gotten in the past that were wrong and most managers don't want to do anything about it. It's not worth the headaches at this McDonald's.

Quick service, food was hot and seemed like it just got made. Staff was very nice. One of the good Mickey D's!

I just drove home after a hard day at work I thought I'd treat myself to some McDonald's and then they don't even fill up my fries not even halfway. I'm too tired to go back down there but this is not right. What's the point in ordering a combo if they're just going to feed me a Happy meal?

This particular MacDonald's is well maintain, their bathroom is spotless. Very clean, and the store too. That gives an extra for you go there an order something to eat. Also the drive thru is surprisingly fast, like really really fast. So far haven't had a bad meal there, fries always in the right spot. Crunchy salty, not soggy what else do you want?

Was given no napkins and caramel Frappe has caramel all over the sides. Had to wrap recipt around it.

Not much to say it's a McDonald's they are not like they used to be with very consistent and strict adherence with food temperature and service. This MCD's is kn the mark with fast service no issues with food or drink would recommend.

This location always gets my order right and has some star employees. Thanks for the great service!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Went there 3 times this month to get milkshakes and told each time the machine was broken, seriously!! To make matters worse the guy at the drive thru was rude and obnoxious when we questioned why the machine was always broken and he said “whatever” to us. Might as well take milkshakes off the menu if your employees are too lazy to clean the machine because we all know they don’t want to clean it and therefore don’t want to make shakes for the customers. The employees are rude and unprofessional and we will not be back.

Ordered a egg mcmuffin- yolk was green, no excuses for this. Terrified I'll be up sick with food poisoning. Food service places should be more careful of these things. Will definitely be calling tmrw.

I found a big piece of plastic in my biscuit this morning!

We saw our order delivered to the wrong car. They waited a solid 5 minutes before bringing it to the attention of the employee, who then brought the bags to us. After I asked if our items had been opened, the cashier rolled her eyes and proceeded to hand them to me. I took them & let my kids keep their happy meal toys but tossed the food. It’s flu season (even my 6 year old said they were being “irresponsible”). We will not be back to this location.

I have an enormous problem with this establishment at the moment. I purchased lunch at your establishment at 2:40 pm today, and shortly after, my debit card # was stolen, by what I suspect was a drive through employee, and used for fraudulent charges online. I'd like a response ASAP. I spoke to your GM Adam, and he said his store manager Gabriel would call me "sometime" This is unacceptable. I've never been hacked, and I don't deem this a coincidence, considering the charges started very shortly after I left the drive thru. I would appreciate you prompt response to this matter.

Well stop in after soccer and the staff where not very inviting it was like I was bothering them. When my order was complete I had no clue I wasn't told my number and when I asked what was in the bag I was told the order number again and I explained that I was not given my order number.. went to ask for tea because there was none out and again it seemed as though we where a bother well no worries I will not be back...
