Tara has made mine and my fiancé’s morning today. She was so friendly and had such a kind mood for the early morning. She deserves some kind of incentive for being so positive. We had a bad experience with another Burger King but this fully made up for it!

Sausha has awesome customer service skills and she was very calm and apologetic despite the rude and impatient customers in the drive thru line. Ordered my food online and decided to come in and pick it up instead of waiting in line at the drive thru since it was a lunch rush. Sausha got the orders taken and took the initiative to get in the kitchen and help the cooks which shows leadership and dedication !!! I assumed she is a manager and if she isn’t she needs a promotion because I’ve never saw anyone be overwhelmed and frustrated silently until today. Thank you Sausha !!

I have never had a good experience with this location. I went with my kids for the first time to this Burger King after a long day we decided we would dine in and we waited over 20mins for our food and the food was cold. I made the female manager aware of our cold food and she was friendly about giving us fresh hot food, but the food was still cold not fresh at all. After that experience I vowed not to spend my money at this Burger King. Today my husband and I decided we would have breakfast from this location and thought maybe just maybe things would be different with our food experience and for sure it’s breakfast so it will be fresh and hot. Noooooooooooo not the case from the coffee to the food everything was cold and nasty.. Don’t spend your money at this location quality of food is nasty.

These guys say they stay open until 11 p.m. on Saturdays. That's a lie and they should be honest about what their business hours are. I'm very disappointed because I ordered through their restaurant location on Uber Eats and my delivery driver went to pick the order up and they were closed. It messed up my whole families evening dinner plans. 0 stars. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

If there is a line. Don't stop in. If there isn't a line be careful of old, soggy food sitting under the lights. I say this as someone who worked at this very location while in college. Single cook, my drive thru time was never over 2 minutes. I take pride in any job I've ever had. 20 years later has paid off many many times. Honestly all the BKLs in kville are slow. But this is the best one which isn't saying much.

This is the absolute worst and extremely filthy place to eat. The day I went and got my boyfriend, his boss and myself the Drive thru line was wrapped around the building and I noticed that the dining room was open and there was only 2 people who were at the front counter waiting to place their orders and I had to literally start using my camera on my cellphone and record the way I as well as the other customers were treated and the length of time that it took just for a single sole to come take any orders it was literally 16 mins before a single Burger King staff member helped any of us and my order of Food was absolutely disgusting, horrible unspeakable and I'm not just saying this to be cruel or cause this location to have cust not return ect it's a absolute 💯 fact that I do have a recorded video of the treatment and service I received not to mention t called the restaurant 15 minutes after I left there to speak with the manager and I was treated like I was a nobody and I was not granted any kind of apology or anything else to show that this place cares about it's customer s

Worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant almost 40 minutes for food. order was missing items other items that we got were cooked wrong etc etc etc

This was probably the best burger king experience I have ever had I went at night so it might be worse during the day but if the manager sees this congratulate your night crew for me!!!!!

Went in this evening, waited a very long time. But what I was impressed by is an off duty employee who only had a burger king hat on, I think his name was Jeff, came in to get his own dinner... There was an elderly male in line who had been in line for a while as well, who asked the guy with the burger king hat if he worked there which he said he did, but had already worked his shift this morning and was off. The guys talked for a minute, a few people left aggravated with no food, and then the off duty employee walked out. A minute or two later the employee came back in with a uniform on and waited on the elderly male, AND told him he'd take care of the cost of his order! He jumped right in and helped get all of the already placed orders out to those waiting. He came at the perfect time since I was about to have to leave without my order to get to work on time. Definately need more employees like that everywhere! Hopefully they give him credit for working because he definitely didn't take any time to clock in to get paid, he just went straight to work.
