I'm in the Army and today I came by after a long day at work in uniform. I had my kids with me and I only ordered for them. When I got to the window to pay the manager came to the window and told me she appreciated me for my service to our country and comped our meals. I never expect anything free or ask for military discounts so this took me by surprise. My kids were so happy! They even gave my kids a frosty each and some toys. We were extremely grateful. My kids enjoyed their meals! Thank you so much! They made my kids day! � I wish I could have gotten their names.
We ordered through the driveway at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. The drive through employee was extremely friendly. After we ordered I jumped out to go inside to use the restroom as we’ve been driving all day. Another employee had just mopped the hallway & was not the least bit annoyed that I had to walk across her clean floor. She told me not to worry about it at all. To top it off, our food was very fresh & yummy. I appreciate a well fun fast food restaurant. I worked at three in high school & college, one being Wendy’s. Great job!!
We have been to this Wendy’s on S. Main St. in Kernersville several times in the past few months. Exceptional service each time. The general manager Shirley and her staff are always so friendly and polite. They make sure each customer is taken care of and go above and beyond Other fast food restaurants. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Excellent customer service!
I went two days ago the the Wendy’s on 66 and is was late and I order and Jr cheese burger deluxe a small fry and a six piece nugget and I didn’t open the bag until I got on the highway because I had an hour and a half to drive home and I did into a chicken nugget that was completely cold so I went for the burger the burger was also cold and pink in the middle I tried to call the store no one answered I called the next day no one answered so I called the S. Main St. store and spoke with Mark to see if he had another way of getting in touch with them and he did not so instead he offered to send me coupons he took care of the problem himself. I really appreciated that thanks Mark.
I didn't go in with very high expectations, having saw the relatively negative reviews. I was absolutely blown away. Shortest wait time I've had at any Wendy's (my order is a little complicated, so I don't mind the wait). It was ready when I came back from washing my hands! Restaurant was super tidy, and staff was very pleasant. Very impressed!
While it is just a regular old Wendy’s, it has a quaintness that feels comfortable and muted at night time. The manager/boss there is a mid-older age guy, and he is great. Very funny, very friendly, and ensures everything is done correctly. My wife and I always stop here when we’re in town.
