Review Hibachi Of Japan - Kernersville

H’neamy was our server and she was so good. I have rarely had customer service that personal and professional. We are traveling through for thanksgiving and I would come back here in a second. Food was fantastic I especially liked the chicken broth soup. 10/10

Have been doing take out here for years. Their chicken and steak have always been tasty and tender, rice fluffy and our grown kids love their soup. Eat there...you won't be sorry!!

Decided to try this place after reading their great reviews online and it was amazing. The food was spectacular and was ready very fast. The girl that took my order was very kind and helpful and the chef did an amazing job. Will definitely be back soon.

I have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant until today! When we received our food before my son even took a bite he found a black hair in it, now my son has dark brown hair so I showed the waitress and told her that I didn’t think it was my sons hair but didn’t know for sure and she offered to have his food replace just to be sure. When she went over to explain the lady that I believe is one of the owners insinuated that we plucked the hair out of my sons head and put it in the food. This is completely ridiculous and very insulting ! This is definitely last time we eat here!!

I eat here everytime I am working in the area. Great food, service and pricing. Filet mignon and scallops for $9.25!
