Review Arby's - Kernersville

Slowest fast food experience I think I’ve had. I really wanted this wagyu beef burger to be good.. and let me just say… what in the bubba burger was that??!! Awful. Thumbs down. All the way down.

This is my go to Arby's even in Greensboro just outside the area. I have never had an issue with the service and even though my first time visiting was not perfect, the staff was friendly and got my order right. I've always really liked the look of the building, always clean inside and the outside of the building is very eye-catching. I wish all Arby's restaurants had the same look and hopefully they never remodel this location again.

Tried that new wagyu, and I must admit.. that's the best dang burger I've ever had from a fast food chain, and heck it even beats many of the smaller mom.and pop places. The burger was⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the restaurant could use a little help, sweet tea was out as was the lids for drinks and the floor was sticky, but food was perfect...

I never thought I'd get a burger at Arby's but they brought it to the menu. I hear they sold out of them but get one if you can. The absolute best burger in fast food. The quality of this burger is above the majority of the "steakhouse" burgers.

I've been here multiple times and keep hoping the experience improves but it does not. Drive through generally takes 20 min and you'll see many cars leave early. Last night was exceptionally awful at just under one hour. We had to repeat the order 3 times to get it right 6 combos but nothing special). We were handed 3 drinks and one was half full... Literally only half full. None of the drinks were marked so we couldn't tell which was forgot. After trying everything we figured it out but they only handed us 2 more drinks... Reminded then again there's supposed to be 6 and one was only half full. Only one additional drink was given and the girl shut the window and walked away. This is common experience with drive through which is the only option. You must double check everything handed to you because something is certainly wrong. The food quality is generally ok. There usually something that is dry and send to have been sitting for awhile. Overall it's the only Arby's option around this area so if you really want the food, be prepared to spend 30 min waiting and having to fix your order before leaving. Expect things to be stale or cold. If you go with those expectations you will not be disappointed. This is based off 4 separate trips over a 6 month recent window.

Rediculious...in drive thru line for 35 minutes to even get to the window to be told you don't have a simple ham & cheese slider because you can't get ham? Also ordered multiple mozzarella cheese sticks to be told I'm only allowed 2 marina sauces no matter what you order because they got to make it last 2 weeks. If I order my food I deserve what goes with it..sorry service! And... sanitation is only 90..won't be back

I work here and the employees there are the best, most kindest caring people you could have as a good place to work. Not to mention the food we make everyday is freshly prepped (I did that lol) for your enjoyment!!! Come by and try it today to believe it for yourself!!! See y'all soon!!!

Never again. I’m fully convinced this location made me sick. I went yesterday to this Arby’s location, got a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. It was freezing cold, couldn’t finish it. Not only that, it’s very expensive and the drive thru line is way too long. I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone - do not go to this Arby’s location.

Always enjoy eating at arbys. My favorite are curly fries.

Went thru drive-thru this past weekend. Could barely hear the man on the speaker. He read back my order to me, and after having him repeat it so I could hear him, it was correct. The line was slower than what the norm is. When we finally got to the window and paid, we got two separate bags. I told my daughter to check to make sure everything was there, cause something told me it wasn't. She just glanced in the bag cause she didn't want to take everything out. Well low and behold when we get home, 10 mins away, both sandwiches my daughter ordered were not in there. So she had nothing but fries for dinner. I also wasn't given a receipt. Lesson learned, ask for receipt, which the employees should give to each patron. And take your food out and check that it's all there. Shouldn't have to do this, but obviously people can't get it right.

Just got one of the Loaded Italian sandwiches. What a disappointment. Ever tried to eat a Big Mac but you can't because all of the stuff inside keeps falling out? That's what I have here - a big MESS! The sandwich was thrown together with everything falling out of the too-small bun. But only in the middle, there is NOTHING at either end of the bun. Arby's, if you are trying to increase sales this is NOT the way to do it.

Caution when ordering the BLT. Drive-thru order and had to pull ahead to wait. The BLT combo was brought to me. I happen to look. No tomato. Park car, go back in. Sandwich remade. Free turnover. The tomatoes added were pale and thin about 2.5 inches in diameter. 2 slices, eerrrr slivers. High score on bacon, but BYOT; BRING YOUR OWN TOMATO.
