Extremely disappointed.I ordered a Big Double Cheese Burger .And this is what I got.What a rip off.Be warned. No way thats even a normal double cheeseburger! They use to have the best burgers ..Now look.I order fries and milk shake as well .They were ok

I just went to the cookout in Kernersville. Service was excellent. Line was fast, however when you live on the other side of Kernersville on Kerner road please make sure you check you bags. I ordered two 🌭 all the way! Look at what I got. 25 dollars and I am hungry. Come on! Put a little more slaw than this. High school kids don't care. People look at your 🌭 or you gone be mad. They at like they making it the slaw. Don't count my cabbage 😤!

Efficient service and great food always. We love this location for our cookout fix when we come into town! Pro tip: If you have large orders just walk up to the window instead of using the car line. They don't have a lot of outdoor seating so don't expect to eat on-site.

With no app, coupons or specials, Inflation has definitely influenced how I view the value Cook Out Offers. The $1 menu is now a $2 menu... The price has gotten bigger and (not all, but) some of the food appears to be getting smaller. I will always love Cookout. Fast, excellent Deliciousness continues to be their MO but there are more economical options out there.

I love Cook Out! Their Milkshakes are always delicious and definitely the best fries around, just gotta make sure they put enough seasoning sometimes it's barely able to taste. Cook out is definitely the go to for me when I'm hungry for fries and a sandwich.

I went to cook out here a month ago and got milkshakes, was a good experience so I decided to come back to this location again for the second time and my experience was horrible. Not only was my order wrong but the person taking our order was rushing trying to end our order before we finish as well. Food was not good at all. I ordered a chili cheese hot dog and got a hot dog with chilli and I order a large chili cheese fries with extra chili and cheese and hardly any cheese and chili, and the chili cheese fries was really salty. Think I will stick to the locations I know instead of coming here anymore. Definitely will not be back for anymore food

A very different kind of place, but in a good way! So many different things makes this a great place for taking many people to that don’t know what they want to eat…I Love the shake options, burgers are pretty good and the corn dogs! Everything was hot! I didn’t like the chicken quesadilla not good at all… go to taco bell it’s better lol. The onion rings weren’t good either def taste like a frozen brand I could buy… they also forgot the cookout sauce, so idk if that’s any good. Another annoying thing is the right side lane was a joke… 6 cars passes us like really!!!! If you’re that behind on one side of the line people should be helping one side and not take any orders from the other side until you’re caught up that’s called customer service not leaving other people on the other line doing nothing but wondering what’s going on and get bad service!

I have been here in the past for the milkshakes and had a great experience. However, tonight the cashier (Ruth) was extremely rude and did not get my order correct. I ordered a burger and onion rings along with a caramel fudge milkshake. I did not get my side of chili with the burger and they had my milkshake ready before I got to the drive thru (usually they are mixed to order). It was a plain chocolate milkshake with no fudge or caramel in it.
