Review Zaxby's - Kernersville

Zaxby's use to be on top of things. I went to the drive through and got old fries! What do you when you get home and you are hungry. I am upset about the friendly service bad food. You got me good this time. I won't return! Picture look doesn't it! It was like chewing jurkey. Those fries has been sitting a very long time. Just think, you were that nice to give them to me and smile in my face. 10pm 2nd shift I would fire every last one of you. 5/01/22

Chicken was fresh and the Zalad my wife got was fresh and tasty. The Cole slaw in my meal was spoiled I smelled it as soon as I opened the container. Also they didn't give utensils. The staff was pleasant and professional so if they take care of a few deficiencies they would be a 5 star review..

Went through the drive thru, asked for honey mustard sauce and ketchup. Asked person again if these items were in my bag, they said yes. Got to destination and had Zack sauce and no ketchup. Ordered three 6 piece chicken meals. At least we got forks to eat the coleslaw.

Most useless example of management there is.... we did an order through the mobile app the order apparently didn't go through and this location refused to fill the order and now refuses to give us a refund for or order. They won't respond to our emails and when they do respond they are rude and disrespectful to us. Completely unprofessional. We've contacted our bank and filed fraudulent activities against them. Customers need to be aware and we strongly recommend you to pick a different restaurant for this location is managed by a bunch of unprofessional staff and apparently practice taking money from customers and refuses to fill the orders they pay for. Worst restaurant in town..

The food is pretty good, it's just the prices are a little high for what you get. And the service is pretty fast and kind

Love and hate. The people working were nice, but they messed up my order. Forgot to give me dressing for my salad which made me swing around and go inside right at closing time. Then, while riding down the road in the dark(because it's late) I find they didn't leave the fried onion rings of my salad which I did request. Luckily I only have a mild allergy and don't have to worry about hospital visits when exposed to this allergen. But, the ingredients were super fresh and the salad was delicious.

Zaxbys is one of my favorite fast food places, but most times I never go because of time. This Zaxbys is legitimately the fastest one I've ever been too. Seems to be well ran.

Food was decent but not the same as I'm used to in FL. Staff was ok for mostly young kids.
