Review Granny's Donuts - Kernersville

The customers are the best! I met a man who used to come every week and eat a doughnut with his wife but now he is solo as she has dementia. We were from out of town so we had no clue what to order. He recommended a buttermilk doughnut with glaze. It was quite delicious. It seemed there were many regular locals there! We got a few doughnuts and were pleased with all of them!

Very good coffee! I had an iced latte, and I will be bringing 2 dozen donuts to my customers ! They are awesome.

These are the best donuts we've found in NC so far. Absolutely delicious, especially their fritters, buttermilk bars, and filled donut holes. Can't go wrong with a pick though. Fair pricing and the staff are always super pleasant and helpful.

My family loves Granny's Donuts. Stopped in the other day and got a half dozen assorted. All of their donuts are great, but something about the plain glazed ones that is just amazing. Pro-tip: if you buy a dozen glazed and have them for a couple days or so, 10 seconds in the microwave heats them up to the perfect temperature without drying them out of making them rubbery. Of course, we can't hardly keep them for more than a day because my family eats them all right away every time.

Since moving from west coast we haven't been able to find a donut shop like we had there. This one is awesome! Great flavors and fresh! Nice people! Great prices! We paid a lot more for the same type of donuts in WA. My only complaint is you're not in winston salem....yet. Thanks!!

I have been there approximately 8 times. I always go for the bacon. The last 5 times they're sold out. A shelf full of every other kind but no bacon. If it were my biz i think I would make more of the ones that are constantly selling out as opposed to throwing out a million other treats.

How donuts are supposed to taste!!!! Seriously, these are the best donuts in North Carolina. I wish they had a Winston Salem location, or maybe not because i'd weigh 300 lb.
