Review C & H Cafeteria Incorporated - Kernersville

There's no comparison between C&H and K&W. The prices are lower, and the food is SO much better. They always have lots of hot, fresh food to choose from, and it tastes great. I drive from Walkertown, bypassing a K&W 5 minutes from me. I've never been disappointed here, while the last 3 times have been horrible at the latter. My kids also love it because they get to visually choose they're favorite dessert.

Pretty much identical to the now closed K&W Cafeterias. Always enjoyed a trip there. Food is the same. I recommend the egg custard pie as it has always been my favorite! Large dining room, friendly folks. Good value.

Last time we visited C&H it was great. Today it was terrible. I worry about the declining food quality and small servings. My husband ordered chicken and they gave him 1 thigh. My roast beef was terrible. It was so bad I only ate one bite and had to take it back. Sadly disappointed. My son and husband loved the mac and cheese but everything else was a massive disappointment.

My doctor said that this cafeteria must use a LOT of the bad hydrogenated oils in their food, especially, their cheese cake. I ate their Country Style Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, and, then one minute after I took two bites of cheesecake, my lost 50% hearing in my right ear for 8 hours! Unfortunately, I can no longer eat there as the food ingredient quality is super low :(

My Husband's family eats here all the time..But every time I want turkey and dressing they don't have it.. But his whole family gets the country style stark over rice..They love it!!

Great food and prices! Went there and didn't have to wait. Really enjoyed my visit!

Friendly fast staff . The country fried steak was lacking. I believe it was raw so disappointing. The peanut butter pie was slamming. Mashed potatoes could have used some salt. If I had I brought it to there attention I am sure they would have Glady traded it out. Thank you for all your hard work.

This place is decent, I am guessing I came after the dinner rush and got old food. I came around 3pmish. The taste was a little bland, but I used pepper to season it up. The service was good, and the employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. I will probably visit again, but next time I do visit at lunch time.

Best place to eat for the money! Love this place. I've been bringing my son here since he was a baby now he's 8!! Everyone is very friendly here. Anytime our families are in town this is where we eat!

The food and service was great ! We got there around 8AM on a Sat. which makes it a little busy , but still went through the line pretty fast .

Just found this cafeteria today. Great food. Don't usually eat cafeteria food on Sunday night but this was all fresh and delicious. We will be back!!!

WARNING!!!!! The family ate C & H Cafeteria in Kernersville yesterday and and hour after we ate we were in the bathroom with stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting!!

Food was good especially the Peanut Butter Pie. Service was fantastic.

Horrible experience tonight. No food on bar and what was up there was dried out. When asked why..we were told....It is Super Bowl Sunday we are slow. Chicken breast was out ..13 minute wait..the 1 chopped steak looked like a pc of shoe leather. So disappointing tonight because it is usually good. Super Bowl should not be a reason to have a dried out bar lacking bar.

Turkey and dressing along with potato salad and slice of cheesecake. Glass of lemonade.

While going thru some paperwork, I stumbled across a C&H money card. Well, I needed to eat and off I went to the cafeteria. I was so hungry and the many colors just had me salvating lol. I had Chicken, potato salad, turnips greens, cornbread, Green Jello with Pears embedded, egg custard pie and Sweet tea!!! Boy was I hungry! Gave the card to the cashier and she swiped it and said you still have $15.00 on this card. I showed up the next day Saturday morning for breakfast!!! It was so good! wanted to go back for dinner, but laziness hit because I had too much fun at the baby shower for Dallas. So, looking for unlimited food: Go To C & H Cafeteria in Kernersville. Best food ever. Love the ham, the pies and pleasant servers. Even the manager was nice to us asking how everything was, and if they could improve.

Food was great ! My waitress Beverly was attentive and helpful. My one year old grandson and I will be back !

I love this place. Me and my mom often come here for lunch and the food is always fresh and delicious. And the people are friendly I like the service too.
