Clean fast and great service. The dining room host Jonathan was a very friendly and professional host. He was very helpful and efficient not only to us but every other guest in the dining room also. He always checked periodically to see if we needed anything while we were eating. He never interrupted our meal but always joined us in conversation and other guest as the dining room host. We never had to leave our table to refill our beverages or receive anything else we needed while eating our meal.
This restaurant serves a large volume of people continuously every day And adapts constantly to meet each customer's needs whether it's the drive-through or dining room or a third party food delivery service. This quality service also applies to orders placed using the stores app which can be picked up fairly quickly.
I would love to give this location 5 stars but, moving the curbside to the same side that cars are entering the drive through prevents me from doing so. It made way more since to have left it where it was...out of the way. Now the traffic keeps me from going there.
Best fast food you can get in my opinion. The fried chicken strips with honey mustard sauce and waffle fries is my favorite and always their Lemonade! Staff is super friendly and extremely efficient.
Nice, clean location with great service. Employees always seem happy and friendly. It's busy and the parking lot can be a disaster, but they move people through quickly. We go to cfa way too much and haven't had any issues in 3 years at this location.
Surprisingly fast and efficient, but they need a stop light at the entrance, or require no left turns during peak hours. It's infuriating when you're trapped in the parking lot for half an hour because everyone wants to turn left, during rush hour. If they would just go right, they could cut through the shopping center to get where they're going. That's an absolutely ridiculous, yet valid reason I can't give 5 stars. It's also the reason I don't eat there often.

I arrived right during the lunchtime rush and of course the drive thru was packed. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where I received poor service and this location did not disappoint. While they only had 1 drive thru lane open as opposed to the 2 that you normally see nowadays I was only in line for a total of 11 minutes, which is saying something since it was wrapped around the building and overflowing into an adjacent parking lot. The food was hot and my order was correct. My experience here was equally as exceptional as any and all Chick- fil-A restaurants I've ever visited. I can't say enough about Chick-fil-A as a whole and the customer service experience they provide. Chick-fil-A is about as expensive as it gets when you think about fast food, but between the customer service, the quality and quantity of the food, it's well worth the price. The location on Huffman Mill Rd in Burlington and the location on Pisgah Church Rd in Greensboro, in my opinion, are the easiest and fastest to get in and out of.
Another great place I miss going to inside to eat and it was Super Great 👍 had the breakfast bowl and l left there with a Happy 😁 My son tells me they took it down but don't worry they've done it in High Point and Greensboro and the new place is better and faster and they put it back in the same place Great
Best Chick Fil A I have been to in a long time. Very polite and nice employees. Went at peak hour when it was very busy and I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of the drive through and service. Would recommend.
