Review Giadas Trattoria - Kernersville

I ordered a pizza (see the picture attached) from the restaurant a week ago. When I got home and opened the box, I realized that this pizza was quite different than all the pizzas I had in the past. Good thing was that the pizza tasted reasonably good. But you can see in the picture, the cheese on the top barely covers the dough, and the most interesting part was that the cook left a big round of dough blank without anything on it. Anyone has seen pizza like this one? 😂

Great little place here in "downtown kville." Took my wife here for her birthday, the service was amazing, the food was delicious. What more could you ask for? They were only open from 4-8 today but we got there right at four, so there wasn't a crowd or anything. Parking wasn't bad either, we got a spot right in front of the restaurant. Anyway, highly recommend. Spent 60 dollars for the two of us, so not terrible.

Went to Giadas inI Kernersville for the first time in a good while. Had a 44 minute wait for a table… not a problem. Went to the bar to get a drink while we waited. Service was horrible! When seated we had the best waitress that was very, very good. A BIG plus. Food was very slack compared to what it was the last times we were there. Always enjoyed the food there, but tonight’s meal was very, very disappointing as far as flavor. Will probably not be back!

This place is exceptionally awesome! Their menu items are definitely authentic Italian and not just "American Italian" food. Not saying that that's bad but when you want real Italian food this is the place to go. The bread rolls that they serve for free before your meal are the best rolls I've ever had in my life. Considering I never eat any free bread rolls at any restaurants because I'm not a fan of that. But here, they are amazing. Better than the red lobsters biscuits they serve, which is the only other place I eat bread that they serve at a restaurant before you get your meal. I ordered the sea scallop risotto which has lump crab meat as well, superb! The second time I went I had veal marsala served with angel hair pasta which was excellent as well! I will definitely be back and I will take photos next time before I chow down. I didn't take photos this time. Usually I do take photos but I was so excited and ready to eat the food because it is so good that I forgot to! If I could rate this restaurant six stars I would! I already know what I'm going to get next time, the "spaghetti carbonara" it contains sauteed ham and pancetta tossed in spaghetti and carbonara sauce. Sounds amazing! Can't wait to go back! Service is great as well! Haven't had any issues in the two times that Ive went. Pricing for the food is where it should be at but is not low range but also is not high range it's right in the middle. Expect to spend $50 for two people if not a little more or a little less depending if you get an appetizer and anything to drink other than water.

Went with a buddy and the waiter was good and the food was good. The food is cheap but nothing to call home about and I got the spaghetti with creamy pesto sauce and a french onion soup. The soup was very salty but pretty good and the pasta wasn't very flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxing and nice with peaceful music on.

We meant several of our friends at this restaurant on Friday night for dinner. They had a lot of customers on a wait list. Thank goodness we had a reservation. That’s the only thing that went well. We sent back several mixed drinks that were not even close to what they should taste like. I ordered lasagna and my wife had spaghetti. Both dishes and very little meat and no taste. Everyone at our table agreed their food had no Italian taste what so ever. Our waitress did a great job trying to get everything corrected. I hate to give a restaurant a one star but they deserve it because of the food. We will not be going back here.

The food is always good and the atmosphere is great. We went for my mom's 62nd Birthday and she had an amazing time.

We enjoy going to Giada's and we think it's a five-star place. We like the idea that their food is not precooked and it is cooked and served daily. They have a wide variety of food options avaliable you can expect to spend anywhere between $12-$15 per plate. The wait staff is extremely nice, this restaurant has several rooms avaliable for private parties if needed. To be able to have on of the rooms, you must have 8 or more people attending. The women's and mens bathroom smell nice and were clean. I have included several pictures along with my review to help you get a good feel for this restaurant.
